Genteel Home Padre Marchena III

The apartment is located in a typical Sevillian house, completely restored and renovated to guarantee the full comfort of the guests, but the architectural and structural elements of the original House have been respected.

It’s located on the main floor of the house, even though it’s bright and very quiet, and the original wooden beams that support a high ceiling of more than 3 meters high can be seeing from above. The living room has been furnished in detail contrasting classic furniture with more modern elements, and it has a sofa bed, dining area, and the kitchen is open to the living room, equipped with everything our guests might need.

The room has two single beds of 0.90 x 1.90 each and it has a door to a nice interior patio. The bathroom is very modern and comfortable, with shower.

Padre Marchena street is one of the quietest in the center and the Arenal area. There are are many exclusive houses with the typical arquitecture of Seville, and also the area is completely safe. Close to the apartment there are numerous bars, and it’s easy to find some of the most famous restaurants in the city, as well as small shops and two supermarkets. In addition, the most importany monuments of the city such as the Cathedral, the Alcázar, or the Giralda, are just a few minutes walking from the apartment.

Quiet but central location

Management was very friendly, and kind enough to let us drop our bags off early while the unit was getting cleaned from the previous guests. It is located off a quiet street just minutes from the Cathedral and Alcazar, close walk to Triana. Very central location to get around. Plenty of places to eat close by.

Great location but some issues

Pros: -Perfectly located to all the great sights of the city. -Property is clean and check in process was smooth with lots of good information Cons: -Apartment was musty and there was a sewage smell in the apartment (I believe it may have been the A/C unit that needs to be checked). This was unpleasant and disappointing for what we paid. -Mattresses were comfortable but only one sheet and a thin cover.
