The apartment was perfect for our family. It was close enough to walk to many of the sites and attractions we were in Seville to see. There was a little bit of delay in getting the info for check in/ how to access the apartment but it was all sorted quickly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice location...but room faced the noisy street

Room was to be within the courtyard area, but instead they put us in a room facing the street. Extremely noisy with cars, scooters and loud pedestrians walking to the plaza area. This was very disappointing, as it’s in a great location and the courtyard area rooms looked like they were nice.

Very nice hotel close to the centre

The hotel was very nice and the room was spacious and clean. Checked in in 5 minutes, stayed for two days, nobody interrupted me, checked out in 2 minutes and went to the airport. Friendly and quick.

Great location but lack of good hot water

The premises were nice and a fantastic location. However, there was almost no hot water. When I complained they said just run it for 5-10 mins but even then it was lukewarm and if my wife wife showered I had to shave and shower in cold water. Not what you expect in a decent hotel. The bed was seriously had and uncomfortable, again possibly OK in a youth hostel but not at a hotel for adults.

Nice hotel, close to restaurants

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms and easy parking. Staff were fairly helpful and friendly despite a language barrier with some of them. We were not able to get the internet working at this hotel. The wifi signal was strong, but there was no internet connection. The staff seemed to think the wifi signal was weak in our room, but we couldn't connect anywhere in the hotel.

Bathroom had sewer gases from toilet. It was a health hazard. We could not use the bathroom, except when necessary.
