Located in one of the most beautiful streets of Seville, Betis Beautiful Views 3 pax is an exceptional apartment for the place where it is located: Betis Street in Seville.
This street, which runs parallel to the Guadalquivir River, has all the charm of the Triana district, and from it you can contemplate the views of the river, with many small boats sailing, and the main monuments of Seville, which are located in the another shore: La Giralda, La Torre del Oro, Plaza de la Maestranza, among others.
The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom with two single beds joined together, separate kitchen and bathroom, and has two sofa beds in the living room where a third person can sleep.
Two beautiful balconies open towards Betis Street and the Guadalquivir River, are the main attraction of this apartment that offers the best views of the city.
It has capacity for three people. It is heated and cold. Its independent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. It has sheets, towels and blankets.
Crossing the bridge of Triana you will be in the historical and commercial center of Seville. All the establishments of the commercial zone of Seville, composed of the Sierpes, Tetouan, Franks and Plaza New streets, are very close to this unique residence.
If you do not want to cross the bridge you can enjoy the charms and attractions of the Triana district. Its pottery shops and potters' workshops located on Calle Castilla, its good restaurants located on the river bank, and a very typical local trade, where you can do your shopping every day.

There were very big multiple cockroaches in the property. They were running around and came into our bed room where our bags are and in the shower and bathrooms.App is not letting me add photos but I we had to exterminate 3 HUGE cockroaches.

4.5 Stars. The views and street sounds from the restaurants along Calle Betis, you will know you’re in Spain. Very comfortable bed, beautifully done bathrooms. Great space for a couple any more than that would be a tight fit. Stairs better than a stair stepper machine at your gym. We would gladly stay there again hopefully next fall. Maria a pleasure to communicate with.

Excelente ubicación en encantador piso

El apartamento es muy amplio y agradable, las vistas al puentr de Triana de noche son espectaculares. Las camas y sofa camas son bastante cómodos, mis familiares durmieron muy bien. La cocina es pequeña y no está muy equipada para cocinar comidas elaboradas, pero la zona invita mucho a comer fuera en las terrazas tan agradables que hay al lado del río. Todo el trato con María fue muy agradable, siempre estuvo servicial en todo momento.

Wunderbar !

Der Ausblick von den beiden kleinen Wohnzimmerbalkonen ist einfach wunderbar! Über den Fluss bis zu den beiden Brücken nach Triana und zur Kathedrale sowie Torre del Oro. Entfernung zur Altstadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar, jedoch ist das individuell natürlich unterschiedlich. Ein bisschen Kondition sollte man schon haben. Busverbindungen muss man auskundschaften, Haltestellen von der Whg. 300 bis 500 m entfernt. Vom Flughafen kann man mit dem Bus "EA" an den Plaza ARMAS direkt fahren. Von da mit dem Taxi für wenige Euro oder zu Fuß in ca. 2,5 km die Wohnung erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche bietet nur wenig Platz und reicht zum Frühstück bereiten und einen Snack zu richten. Kochen ist nicht gut möglich. Leider keine Kaffeemaschine, aber ein Espressozubereiter für die Kochplatte. Jedoch bieten die Restaurants und Tapasbars auf der Calle Betis vor der Haustür sowieso ausreichend gute schmackhafte Gerichte . Die Betten sind hervorragend, das Bad ist neu und vom Schlafzimmer aus begehbar. Alles funktioniert gut außer der Waschmaschine. Die Vermieterin hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns angeboten bei bedarf unsere Wäsche zu waschen. WLAN und Klimaanlage funktionieren gut . Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
