Spacious 1-bedroom apartment with a private terrace and a solarium. It is centrally located at calle Alfaqueque, near the Fine's Art Museum and 5 minutes walk from the main shopping streets: Sierpes, Tetuán and Cuna. The Cathedral is just about 15 minutes away. Suitable for up to 3 guests.

The interiors are modern and bright. Marble flooring, contemporary design furniture and original art works create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. There is air-conditioning with cooling / heating and wi-fi internet connection. The apartment is distributed over 2 levels.

The open-spaced living area has a sofa, two armchairs and a desk (without TV). Dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances, including oven and dishwasher.

There is a toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine, next to the kitchen.

Spiral stairs lead up to the double bedroom (150 x 200cm), bathroom and private terrace. There is an adjacent space to the bedroom with a sofa-bed, which completes the apartment capacity for up to 3 guests. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.

The bedroom gives direct access onto the private terrace. It is equipped with a table, chairs and an outdoor shower. There is a second terrace available that works out as a solarium and viewpoint, with amazing views over Seville's rooftops. The solarium has 2 deck chairs and a pergola to give shade.

The apartment is on the first / second floors of a residential building, without elevator. Despite being in the centre of the city, it is in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood - perfect for getting away from it all.

The apartment was ideal for our planned trips to the main sites in Seville as well as a trip to Grenada. The communications with the agents were very easy and they were very helpful with check in and check out times.The apartment is in the older San Vincente area, a mix of family and tourist homes. Very easy to walk around in and safe; not so easy if you have a car as the streets are narrow with many one way streets.The apartment was clean and ready for our arrival. There are stairs to get to the front door and there is a spiral staircase internally to get to the bedroom, main bathroom and outdoor seating areas. The main floor has all you are likely to need in terms of seating, TV, wifi, kitchen etc. There are plenty of food and other shops within a 10 minute walk and there are loads of bars and restaurants for coffee, drinks and food nearby.We had no problem walking to the main tourist sites - Real Alcazar, the cathedral, Plaza De Espanya etc.All in all a great place to stay and we already miss our evening drinks on the deck! The review section asks about a winery and vineyard, but neither are relevant - the apartment is in the city of Sevilla with no winery in sight!

Quiet but close to it all!

My partner and I loved our stay here - it was a lovely quiet neighborhood that was a close walk to downtown and many classic tourist attractions. The in-unit laundry was a lifesaver. Incredible value for the price and we hope to stay here again next time we're in Sevilla.

FINE APARTMENT IN CENTRAL AREA

We stayed here for a month over March and April. We liked it very much. Super clean, modern appliances, nice big smart tv. Good managers. You may need to buy consumables, they don't replenish tp or soap. It's close to the river for walks to Triana. If you like a good walk, it's close to all major sites and attractions. If you don't like stairs, consider alternatives. Travel tips: look inside the many churches for grandeur and go to the Roman site, Italica. Wonderful!

Nice spacious place

As advertised, good value, good location if you don’t mind walking 15-30 min to the local “attractions”. Beautiful cosmopolitan city! Easy check in/out, accommodating management representatives. Circular stair has dangerous edges/corners - watch your head. Could be an easy fix. Interesting unique decor, fresh air on roof top terrace, functional kitchen, dishwasher. Thank you!
