To say enough good things about this boutique hotel in this small a space is difficult. Their Manager Senor Jose, his Associate Senor Carlos, and their wonderful Housekeeper, Senora Germania -- to say that they welcomed us like family and spoiled us like children is a pretty good start. The room was superbly quiet and comfortable, their fridge was kept stocked with cold beverages, they tended our room daily, and gave us as much information about the City and its immediate environs as possible. The immediate area around Calle Aguilas is quite charming, there are restaurants, a drop dead wonderful bakery [ two, actually], tapas bars, a grocery story, barber shop, and more - just for starters -- within a few paces of their very secure stout front door. The SQUARE outside has its charms as well, with seats under trees, a nice breeze in the evening, some live music at times, and lots of people all enjoying the fact that they are alive. On a corner opposite the entrance of this Square, is a confectionary shop, run by a charming English speaking Spanish woman who said that all the things in her cases are made in house, as "traditional" treats. For All those of you like me who have a problem with chocolate and pastries, this is a danger zone, you will have a faint when you walk in her door and take a look, which to choose? They're all delicious, and the prices are very low. Take a bagful back to the Square as desserts, or to your room at Jose's hotel and enjoy. Another bakery across the street makes a chocolate tart that is to die for, Chocoholics. Beware! . Jose and Carlos were much more than just handsome and charming, they also were very solicitous of our happy times there, and considering how much we walked all over the Santa Cruz zone, a quiet room and its excellent shower were a real restorative place. Muchas Gracias, Senors y Senoras, and Via Con Dios, Siempre. Hopefully we shall see you during a Santa Semana week. We both want to come back again, and stay longer with you. The staff is superb, very helpful. Highly recommend this location. The staff was available always. We lost a cell phone in a cab and they manage to find it and have it delivered to the hotel, just great.

Most superb personal hospitality provided. The suite was gorgeously appointed and incredibly quiet. It is an easy walk to great restaurants, bars and all of the major tourist highlights. Check in was a delightful experience, the best I’ve ever had, and it was a thoughtful touch to provide a list of recommendations for touring and dining out. I’d most certainly come back here again.

We couldn’t find an AVE bullet train nonstop from Granada to Sevilla, so we took an AVE to Cordoba, camped out in the Renfe First Class lounge for a little more than an hour, then caught an ALVIA (still fast, but not as fast as AVE) to Santa Justa station in Sevilla. An easy cab ride took us to the front door of Aguilas5 Sevilla Suites, where each couple rented a contained apartment. We were upgraded to the penthouse, with a couple of small patios, a cold soaking pool, and a view of some other Sevilla rooftops. The apartments were very nice, although our bathroom and shower were tiny. There was a small kitchen, but we only used the refrigerator. The coffee maker was rather sad. But the bed and the living quarters were quite lovely, and the price was no more than a hotel. The staff, especially German at the front desk, were polite and most accommodating. German spent 15 minutes explaining the city to us, pointing out best sights. Also, the location is prime, within easy walking distance of everything most people want to see. Additionally, the Suites are directly across a small street from our favorite restaurant in all of Spain: Traga. This hotel is a real find.

Loved our short stay here last week. We travelled with our two young children and felt very well looked after in our stunning apartment. The staff on reception were very welcoming (Jose, gracias) and spoke perfect English. Their local knowledge was fantastic highlighting where to go, tips on buying tickets and equally importantly where to avoid. The location is perfect for a city break: right in the heart of the old town with a fantastic bakery (panypiu) across the road and shops, bars, a wee park and attractions all easily within walking distance. We would most certainly return. Thank you all.

Apartment was beautifully presented with a good sized kitchen and a decent sized shower. We stayed in the penthouse apartment.... worth the extra if it's available.... had 2 small private shaded balconies which were perfect for breakfast or an early evening drink. The roof terrace is also just outside your front door and as this is the only apartment on the top floor at times it felt like another private outdoor space! Service is superb, nothing is too much trouble. You can't beat the location of Aguilas Suites with everything within easy walking distance and numerous wonderful bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Alfalfa Tapas Bar has a great atmosphere and excellent good value food. Directly opposite the apartments is El Traga..... fabulous innovative dishes. More expensive but worth it and try the Bonsai Tree chocolate dessert which almost look too good to eat. Thanks for a truly memorable trip.

Excellent location within walking distance to all of the main sights. There were so many great restaurants nearby. The staff were amazing and gave lots of recommendations of places to eat and visit. They were extremely helpful, assisting us with making reservations and made us feel at home. The room was modern, spacious and extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful building, great location fantastic staff. Tricky to find and park by car but the excellent staff member that greeted us actually jumped in the car with us to direct to parking rather than just give instructions. Great room , 15 foot ceilings a feel of luxury about the whole place. Will definitely return to Seville and Aguilas5.

I booked this through HotelTonight and wasn't disappointed! It's an ancient building, converted to an apartment hotel; the original door from the late 1700s is in the hall. The location is spot on for tourists, with most visitor highlights within a 15 minute walk, and loads of great eating spots very close by. The fabulous front of house team will give you their recommendations, and they're excellent, rather than the usual tourist tat. Don't miss the rooftop terrace, nor the excellent Pan y Piu bakery opposite which is great for breakfasts. The room was well-designed and had a hairdryer near a mirror (always the mark of a good hotel in my view!). I'd stay here again if visiting Seville
