Nice and clean but didn’t live up to the expectations

Our hot tub didn’t work and I couldn’t get any help getting it fixed and we rented this unit specifically for the hot tub

Family Time

The cabin was not clean, the first night we encountered a mouse when we returned from a night out, the drawers had bugs and rat dropping in them. there was dead bugs in the window sills and on the edge of the bath tubs. we had to clean before we could even use the place. The bed coverings were not clean. This will be my last time using this company. Not happy at all. I did call management about the mouse and they sent someone out the next day to put out some traps.

Our Cabin Experience

Beautiful cabin & great location but very steep driveway with a pot hole as soon as you turn in so your car bottoms out. Also, upon arrival we did notice a lot of beer cans & trash that had been tossed behind cabin, but besides that, it was an amazing stay! Thank you for allowing us to visit and stay in your cabin! Thanks!
