After a long day filled with adventure, curl up on the living room furniture & enjoy a movie on the large Smart TV complete with Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video & more. A gorgeous kitchen features plenty of workspaces, all major appliances (& many minor ones!), & everything you need to chef up anything from a quick snack to a lavish brunch & exquisite dinner (just bring your own ingredients!). After dinner, sit around the fire & roast some marshmallows for s'mores or soak in the steamy hot tub!

Our Peaceful Mountain Retreat has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8 people. Two rooms have queen beds, and the other room has a twin bunk bed – perfect for the kids! The two couches in the living room open up to queen-size sleepers for extra guests; you may need to slide the couch over to accommodate both sleeper sofas, and please be sure to move them back. Two full bathrooms means no waiting in line to shower! There's even a washer and dryer for cleaning clothes and/or towels.

This cabin is secluded enough for a getaway while still being accessible to all the shops and attractions your heart desires. Serene surroundings make it the perfect space to enjoy warm company with friends and family.

☆ Pets allowed - $100 non-refundable pet fee. Please pack crate and bedding. Please crate your pet when you aren’t there. Any scratches or damages will result in an extra charge. Dogs and cats only. 2 pets max! Must pay a pet fee, we will know if you bring pets. Please clean up after your pet!

☆ Plenty of room available for parking. Motion sensor lights and solar-powered lights illuminate at night, so finding your way is easy if you plan to check-in after dark. Carport can fit 2 cars underneath, but there is room for 4 cars TOTAL and/or an RV or trailer.

☆ Hot tub should be entered at your own risk. It'll be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. All children MUST be supervised while using hot tub. It has bromine tablets, and we are NOT responsible for any jewelry or clothing damage if worn in the hot tub. A shower should be taken before and after entering a hot tub per guidelines of Sevier County Health Department.

☆ Fireplace is shut down from April 1 to October 1. Our fireplace is wood burning so bring your own firewood.

☆ We do routine pest control around the property, but being a cabin in the woods, there may be occasional bugs. Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent bugs from coming inside.

☆ To keep clothes and towels fresh and clean, there’s a laundry closet with a washing machine and dryer. You may bring your own detergent and dryer sheets.

☆ There isn't a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink, so please dispose of food waste in the trash.

☆ Cabin is in quiet residential neighborhood of both short-term rentals and permanent residents. Parties are forbidden. If you plan to party, this isn't the cabin for you.

☆ We provide a start of toilet paper (2 rolls), paper towels (1 roll), soaps & shampoos (refillable bottles in showers), and dishwasher pods (2 pods). You’ll likely need to bring more.

☆ Bring your own condiments, creamers, seasonings, oil, and anything else you think you’ll need to make your stay more enjoyable.

☆ We provide a starter set of towels (8 large towel, 8 hand towels, 8 wash rags). Washer/dryer can be used if towels get dirty/wet. You're welcome to bring your own towels with you.

☆ You'll likely see & hear critters, including rabbits, turkeys, and bears. Please DO NOT FEED BEARS or attempt to get close to bears or any wildlife.

☆ Our cabin is in a rural area & we are limited with what providers are available in our area. We have the best WiFi that's available to us, but it may be spotty. It may not support certain applications.

☆ This cabin isn’t next to the Parkway. It's quiet & relaxing. If you want the traffic, noise, and lights of Pigeon Forge, this won't be a good fit! We love the remote nature of this cabin & the beautiful country drive down the 2-lane road to Sevierville. The views are amazing.

☒ NO late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or leave late, there will be a $100 charge per hour.
