The issue we had on the initial check in date, was told the property address on the reservation and the confirmation was 1446.
Got to property and could not get in and then, it started raining.
Then we had to call customer service numerous time and spent over 2 hours on the phone with them trying to resolve the issue.
Customer service could not get ahold of the host. So we had to try to find a hotel in a City that every hotel was booked.
Finally found a hotel and had to rent 2 rooms and had to split our family up, This made things even more stressful on top of everything else that was going on.
Then was told would be reimbursed for the hotel amount and still have not received the refund of nearly $600.00. Which having to pay this amount was an unseen cost that was not predicted.
We had to find something to eat in mist of all this, went to the Hardee's and paid $70.00 for the nastiest, undercooked, meal could possibly get.
Had to pay to do laundry, at the hotel.
Kept in contact all night with customer service in regards to this issue.
The next morning found out from customer that the address was not correct that we were given.
The correct address was 1450, instead of 1446.
This whole issue made our trip very stressful and the anxiety from all of it was overwhelming.
We got in to the property on 12/29.
I have contacted customer service in regards to refund and still have not heard anything about refund.
The condo was okay, just had a few issues.
