Great Rental

Kim’s place was just as advertised, convenient, clean, and perfect. Check-in/check-out processes were quick and easy. Communication was timely and we can’t wait to stay again.

We had a wonderful three day stay over spring break. All of the amenities were perfect and we had a great time. The property itself is secluded enough that we enjoyed looking at the stars and listening to the birds, yet close enough that we could be in the heart of pigeon Forge within 10 minutes.

Family Fun

Quiet townhouse

Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. We were there from February 18th thru February 25th, 2024. The townhouse was exactly as it was described in the listing. The beds were very comfortable and the washer and dryer were a great bonus. And it was also close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

AMAZING STAY!!

The property is in a great location…peaceful yet still close to the parkway and attractions. It was very clean, amazingly equipped and decorated plus the most comfy beds! The owners are super easy to work with and respond so quickly and are eager to accommodate needs if at all possible. I will definitely be back and refer them to anyone traveling to that area.

Most pleasant

The location was perfectly close to Dollywood and yet so quiet and secluded. The inside was so cutely decorated for Christmas and cozy. Everything was so clean and neat and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Cute little duplex

Very clean, newly remodeled. Well stocked with everything you may need. Very quiet neighborhood, but walls were a little thin. Location is very good, right behind Dollywood. Our only complaint is apparently VRBO does differentiate between two bathrooms and one and one-half bathrooms. This apartment is one and a half bathrooms. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Everything Was Perfect!

Our stay at Sunnydale Holler #5 was nothing short of perfect! The unit was much cleaner than home and decorated to a tee. The bed was like snuggling up in a gigantic marshmallow. The kitchen was well stocked....they even left us 2 delicious jellies!! Kim went above and beyond in all communications, she even went so far as to drive to the property and take pictures for me because we had questions about parking a car hauler for Rod Run. It's obvious that the owners have poured their heart and souls into making their tenants experience top notch! You can even bring your fur babies. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The townhome was very clean and just as it is pictured. We loved how close it was to Dollywood, restaurants, and shopping. The hosts were very kind and responsive. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit.

Beautifully decorated! High end, newer appliances. 3 smart TVs. Beds super comfortable. Plenty of towels . Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved it! Needs a hot tub!

Close to Dollywood

We had a wonderful two night stay with our family of five. The beds were super comfy. It was very nice to have streaming services logged in and ready on the TV. The kids (and husband) had a blast playing the arcade games. Best of all, it’s located 5 minutes from Dollywood. Will definitely be staying here again!

Memorable SEVIERVILLE/DOLLYWOOD ADVENTURES

There were three of us that stayed for four nights. I gave this rental a 5 star for reasons of cleanliness, decor and comfort of furniture and beds, excellent location and excellent hosts and their communication. I hope for another stay one day soon. South Carolina and Georgia Family

Well stocked and convenient to Dollywood

Overall we had a great stay. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. All new/matching pots and pans, new full size washer/dryer, new stove, fridge, etc. Everything was well organized and check in / out process was a breeze. The beds were comfortable which seems to be rare in rentals and there were plenty of towels and extra linens. Also, you also can't get much closer to Dollywood as it was less than a 5 minute drive. Only complaint was an overuse of air freshener that was a little overpowering when we first arrived.

Great little spot

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and was tucked back away from the hussle and bussle. So conveniently located to Dollywood!
