Welcome to our newly renovated lodge just a 1.5 miles from Dollywood! If you want to stay in the heart of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, and still feel like you're nestled away in the mountains, then this is right for you! We take a ton of pride in making this the cleanest place you've ever stayed. If you have any question about the cleanliness, location, or pure awesomeness, take a look at our reviews, and you'll believe!

This is the middle unit of a beautiful triplex located in a very quiet area right off of Veterans Blvd. so you can get where you wanna go to quick but feel like you're deep in the woods when you get back home from a day of fun! You'll be snoozin' about a minute from Veterans Blvd. and only a few minutes from the parkway!

Your retreat will come fully stocked with all the kitchen appliances you could think of, for any home-cooked meals you like to make. You'll also enjoy your dining table that seats up to six for all the good takeout you'll be bringing home too!

This entire unit is one level with a slight ramp going up to the kitchen and back bedrooms. The master bathroom is handicapped accessible as well as the entrance to the unit. All parking is paved with a gentle incline to the front door.

Last but certainly not least is the outdoor space. You have your pick to sit out front in your rocking chairs or outback on your private patio with outdoor table and seating.

Close to Dollywood ad ADA Compliant

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect as Dollywood was the main reason of the visit and we got there in less than 5 minutes. There are three other units attached to the building but each have their own easy entrance and seems pretty quiet. I believe the other units were empty during our trip. There was a gas station and a couple food spots close by for easy food or drink needs. There are a total of three bedrooms. The first bedroom near the main front door is the ADA room with a full ADA shower and bathroom attached. The living room is comfy with spots to easily hold 4 people. The kitchen had everything you needed with a large table. The second bedroom was a regular room with a TV and dresser. The third bedroom has two queen beds with a TV. There is a shared bathroom between the second and third bedroom that has a walk in shower with seating. The owner was very informative and extremely easy to contact. We had messaged that we were getting into town early and inquired about early check in and was told it would be no problem and we were able to get in early. There were storms as we were checking in so wasn’t able to get photos but the photos in the description are 100% accurate and the unit is definitely newer. As I have an handicapped brother the ADA friendliness of this home was perfect and if we find ourselves in the area again will be using this again.
