Very Moldy Home

The home's location is great, but unfortunately, the strong smell of mold was overwhelming as soon as we entered. It was particularly noticeable in the kitchen cabinets. We experienced allergies throughout our stay, which made it difficult to fully enjoy our time there. Addressing this issue would greatly improve the experience for future guests.

Quiet stsy

Quiet place, great view. Was a little disappointed, several none working lights. It may have been the badly outdated switches. Little TLC would make it a great place.

Smoky mountain stay

Our stay was great, we brought our chocolate lab with us and it was perfect, enough space to walk her and let her lay out in the fenced deck. The house was very large in the common area. Definitely an older home with older home smells and some questionable areas that are likely just because it is old. The sun room was wonderful though. I enjoyed the natural light a good view and a cup of coffee. We even got to see a bear in the driveway. Overall the location was the best part, right between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge made it so convenient. Only suggestion would be maybe a few updates to the bedding and a lighter for the fire place and grill, that was the only thing we were missing that we really needed.

Great House!

What a cool house! We thoroughly enjoyed JT's Jungle. It was clean and the views from the porch were amazing. It was also a lot larger in person than the photos make it look. We spent most of our time at the house playing pool, cooking/grilling, and using the hot tub. The location was private and just a few minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We were also able to bring our dog, which was a huge plus. There a few items missing that are typically included with a rental, which would have been nice to have (salt and pepper, oil to cook with, extra dish towels, extra paper towels and trash bags, laundry soap, dryer sheets, tools to clean the charcoal grill). Not a big deal by any means but thought these items would be helpful for future guests. Overall, 5 stars! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Nice get away

Cabin was certainly dated, could use some touch-ups. Overall we enjoyed ourselves, price was worth it. Toilet could use some attention—it wouldn’t flush at times. Light on the outside deck was also out. View was decent & it was really close to attractions which was nice.

Smokey Mountain Nasty Cabins

Absolutely nasty house/ cabin. Will never stay with these nasty cabins again. I would hate to see what these owners homes look like. I just wonder if the cabin owner knows of this. Absolutely got shafted on this stay. Never ever again. And I’m gonna tell All my friends and post pictures. Absolutely nasty.

Great View-HORRIBLE ODOR!

Great location, spectacular view, deck & hot tub were enjoyable. The horrific odor in the house was strong and permeating. Not sure if the odor is coming from the brown streaks drippings on the wall, the carpet, the sunroom or the entire house in general. It was powerful enough to saturate our clothes, luggage, bags, food and unfortunately our CPAP machines. The disregard for the odor and cleanliness of the house is very disappointing. We ran a small load of laundry in the washer, it leaks onto the kitchen floor and the tile is separating from that, the air freshener in the sunroom does not cover up the odor, there is a hole in the ceiling above the tub in the bedroom it is cracked & separating, comforter on the bed was stained, driveway needs attention. If you don't like mold DO NOT stay at this house!

Travelers beware of this one.

Let's start with the horrible driveway it had big potholes the Landscaping had weeds there were spider webs in the windows with leaves clinging to them, there was a foul smell That greeted you at the door when you walked in the door the carpet was dirty none of the furniture matched the enclosed porch had huge carpet stains and a stinch of its own,the toilet stopped up every time we used it we had to plunge it the shower comes out full force no other option worked and the direction of the shower sucked doors had no knobs on them blinds were missing on one of the windows this was by far the worst accommodations I have ever experienced therfore I will not be booking with you or them ever again

Needs cleaned

My husband and I spent a week on vacation here on our motorcycle rode almost 11 hours to get to the house and it was not clean there was pubic hair on the floor of the bathroom and the toilet didn’t want to flush and the shower head was missing half of the parts to make it work and there was a infestation of caterpillar type worms

Great view/stay

Property is alittle dated, but when we traveled to TN we expected to just be outside and relax. The view and hot tub are amazing, the house is perfect for a couple just a little dated. 5/5 overall.

Cool Mid-Century home...

Somewhat isolated. We were greeted by a mother bear with two cubs. We waited in the car until she lumbered off before going in. The home was clean but we were put off by a strong cigarette odor. Called management to report this. They said they could bring in a ozone machine but we would have to vacant for 24 hrs. No compensation offered. We opened windows and headed into town. Odor did dissipate somewhat over the next couple days. Close to town and northern entrance to the park. My suggestions would be- enforce a no smoking policy Inside, replace carpets and update kitchenware. I point the finger at management not the owner.

Our vacation stay

Our 7 day stay was absolutely excellent and the view and cottage was beautiful. The area was secluded and felt very safe. The only minor issue was I think the water could have been a little hotter. I would stay there again and would recommend it to my friends and family.
