Escape to the mountains and enjoy the peacefulness and solitude this 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin provides. Nestled in the mountains between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, in the Sky Harbor neighborhood, this family-built cabin offers everything you need for a memorable vacation. With a brand new hot-tub, renovated bathrooms, and abundance of space, our goal is to provide a cabin that not only is secluded among the tree-tops, but also offers plenty of entertainment, stargazing, and life-long memories.

Starting with a two-story wall of windows that allows you to look out and enjoy the seasonal mountain view, this cabin also features saw-cut wood paneling, high ceilings, and a fireplace that spans both floors of the cabin.

On the main level of the cabin you will find a kitchen equipped with all common cooking utensils, pots and pans, silverware, glasses, mugs and plating needs. The main level also has an open-space living and dining room, a Roku TV, and a master bedroom with a king sized bed, dresser, closet and fan. You can also find board games under the coffee table as well as in the chest underneath the TV.

The second floor has two more bedrooms, both equipped with fans, dressers and Roku TVs. The bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, and the other has a full-sized bed. Outside of the bedrooms is a cozy sitting area with a desk, armchair and lamp, where you can work from home, read, or relax, all while taking in the seasonal mountain view.

And if you get bored of the inside, make your way out to the deck to enjoy the new luxurious 6-person hot tub, or relax at the outdoor dining table after grilling. There is a park grill located right by the stairs at the driveway. When dawn comes around, make your way out to enjoy the ambiance offered by the LED lights and if you’d like, turn them off to stargaze!

Important Disclaimers About Our Cabin:
Being that the wood panels are saw cut, there are some holes in them that were purposefully designed to add to the charm and character of the cabin. You are by no way exposed to the outdoors.
There is spotty cell phone signal (we have found that Verizon and AT&T work better than T-Mobile) given that you are entrenched in the mountains. We do have high speed WiFi so you can remain connected and make phone calls.
There is wildlife around the property. You may have the chance of seeing different animals walking around but that is all part of living in the mountains. Please respect the wildlife as we are in their house.
While all car types can access the cabin, please keep in mind that you will be driving up a mountain and that the driveway up to the cabin is slightly steep. If there is snow on the ground it is encouraged to use chains and have a vehicle with 4-wheel drive capabilities.

House Rules are Strictly Enforced:
1. Maximum number of guests: 6
2. All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed, children count towards 6 person max)
3. No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late you will be charged an extra $100 per hour
4. No pets! If you bring a pet you will be asked to leave without a refund
5. No refunds for circumstances out of our control like weather, power outages, and/or natural disasters
6. Absolutely no fires inside or out. We are in the woods, wildfires are a very real risk!
7. Please take care of the furniture, and do not move it. You will be held accountable for any damages
8. Please do the dishes and place all trash bags in the basement. Please ensure all trash is bagged and knotted
9. No alcohol or drugs at or near the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you are pregnant and/or intoxicated. Please do not add any soap to the hot tub. Hot tub usage is at your own risk
10. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Cute Little Hideaway

We had a good stay at this quaint little hideaway cabin tucked in the woods. The cabin is very rustic but comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The only issue we had was the beds are MUCH harder than we prefer and uncomfortable. I have traveled extensively and these are the hardest beds I have ever experienced. If you prefer or are in need of a softer bed, I would highly recommend bringing a foam mattress pad with you. Other than that, the cabin is very comfortable. The Christmas tree was a nice touch and the Property Manager was very communicative and helpful.

Very enjoyable family fall break destination

The rustic retreat was exactly as described in the listing and photos- so charming. The view was beautiful- it felt like a secluded treehouse. We truly enjoyed the deck area and the hot tub after our busy days exploring the area. Our host was extremely welcoming and communicative and he truly anticipated our needs. We were lucky enough to see a family of bears on the driveway which made the week extra memorable!

Great location

Perfect location to the park, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge! The hosts were friendly and helpful. The cabin was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the hot tub on the beautiful deck and the privacy of the location. There are a few updates in the kitchen that would be nice, but overall we were very happy and would definitely book again.

Mountain Retreat

We enjoyed our stay here and had plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The location is perfect distance from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg yet feels secluded and a nice retreat from the hustle of the towns. The mattresses are a bit more firm than our preferences, but usually we were too tired from a full day of adventure to mind much. The kitchen and table worked well for preparing and enjoying a few meals. Perhaps having access to a few more bath towels and kitchen towels would have been nice for a family of 6 staying for a week, but we made do. The hot tub was fabulous, especially after long days of hikes and walking. Communication with Lucas was easy and he is quick to respond.

Very Nice Cabin

Over all, this is a very nice cabin. The cabin was clean. The layout is set up for everyone to enjoy their time together. The deck has plenty of space for the group, The hot tub is in excellent condition, looks and operates like new. The linens appear to be new. The beds are in great condition. They feel like they're firm mattresses. We would definitely return to this cabin for vacation.

Holiday vacation

The location was nice, a little intimidating to find at night. Kitchen doesn’t have many cups and glasses so we bought disposable ones. Our shower curtain in the main bath needed washed or replaced. Beds are comfortable. My daughter was in love with the cabin.

Perfect Rustic Retreat

We were looking for quiet comfortable place to stay as we explored the Smokey Mountains and surrounding area for a family trip, and this was it! Location was perfect between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was nice to relax in the hot tub after a long day. Any questions or minor issues we had were immediately addressed by our host Lucas. I would stay here again!

Exactly what we were looking for

Stayed here this month with our family of five. Property was clean and comfortable and everything was as described in the listing. Host kept in touch but we didn't need anything more than what we had (maybe could have used a little dish soap, the provided dish wand was running on fumes after day 3). Great proximity to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Smoky Mountain National Park. Unique spot that feels like being secluded in a peaceful forest. Definitely recommend staying here and having your morning coffee out on the deck.

Late Summer Getaway

This property was just as described and was very comfortable. I slept great in the king size bed and my daughters were comfortable in the upstairs rooms. The upstairs desk area was a great place for my girls to paint scenes of the beautiful scenery! Great secluded area, peaceful, but close to lots of things to do. Communication with the property owner was excellent.

Great cabin, location, and owners

We had a great family getaway here. It was centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeons Forge. The cabin was clean and well kept. The kids loved the hot tub. It was private but not desolate. The owners were very responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond for us when we had a question. Definitely 5 stars.

Absolutely Amazing

This beautiful cabin was perfect location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg allowing our family to easily enjoy both towns. It was clean and beautifully maintained. The beds were comfortable with high quality linens, Wi-Fi was fantastic and the hot tub was amazing. Unfortunately, during our visit the area had some tornado activity. Lucas was incredibly responsive and helped us navigate the entire situation. He went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. We are looking forward to another stay!

Beautiful cabin, a few hiccups

I would like to start by saying the cabin is beautiful, beds are comfy, and the owners were good with communication. Tho the three reminder emails I received during our stay reminding me when I was due to check out, were a little much. When we arrived the code didn’t work to get in the door, frustrating, but contacted owner and that was fixed with a new code. Instructions on how to operate a few things in the cabin like heat/air and fireplace were vague, so we googled. Owners said they would look into clarifying how things operate around the cabin in their arrival info. The driveway is very steep but our Traverse had no issues. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was nice. Lots of games for the children, also nice. I will say, the floor to ceiling windows were filthy, so dirty. There were lots of cob webs and dust bunnies, kitchen table had dried food all over it, and when I tried to use the washer and dryer that’s provided in the basement, they had sheets/clothes in both of them. Very odd. I also want to add that in this, and most cabins, heat rises. While it may have been 68 on the first floor, it was easily 78 on the second. Our kids slept on the giant sectional on the first floor most nights due to it being so hot upstairs. We enjoyed our stay here, having two bathrooms was great, the view wasn’t much, but it’s quiet and relaxing and was nice to get away from it all. Thank you to the owners for answering my messages promptly and for sharing your mountain retreat with our family.
