✔ The upper level is typically warmer than the rest of cabin. The lower level is colder, there is a space heater provided.
✔ At times running too many appliances/electronics or other will trip a breaker. Breaker box is on front porch. Slide over mechanism on bottom and door will unlatch. Turn off and back on breaker to reset.

✔ Room for 3 small, 2 mid size vehicles or 1 large pickup/passenger van.
✔ You're on a mountain side, use caution when parking.
✔ Owner/host is not responsible for injuries or damage.

You will receive a unique code for the front door to gain access and have the cabin all to yourself!

GETTING THERE: The road is paved all the way from the main road to the cabin. Minimal steep roads. Although snow here is rare, in the winter 4wd or AWD may be necessary.

The responsible renter must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

CHECK IN/OUT: We do not typically offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, we will. However, late check outs without permission accrue a $50 charge every 30min.

The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. No children under the age of 18 permitted at anytime without adult supervision. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Absolutely NO fires! The HOA does not authorize outdoor fires. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $150, plus damages.

No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the premises.

This is a NON SMOKING cabin. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $500, plus the increase in cleaning fee, plus any damages.

Please do not disconnect or remove any electronic devices installed in the property.

We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

Do NOT lean or hang on the railings.

CRITTERS: There are critters AND bears in the area. If you encounter a bear do not feed or try to approach them.

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

Garbage must be in a bag and placed inside the bear-proof trash cans located outside by the road.

There is limited cell phone service. Depending on your carrier, you may get service in some areas in and around the cabin. There is high speed internet.

There is not a daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Do not remove towels or linens from the cabin. A washer and dryer is located at the top of the stairs to the loft for washing linens and your personal effects during your stay.


*Violation on ANY of the above rules will result in FULL deduction of your security deposit and you WILL be asked to leave the premises immediately WITHOUT a refund.
