Congrats on a rare find:) This place has it all! A great view with an easy drive, good cell service/wifi, and loaded with amenities!! This cabin has been recently tastefully updated and is a 3 story, 5 bdr (sleeps 14), located less than 5 miles from the pigeon forge parkway! We are local owners and have just put a lot of time and love into updating this cabin to make it even more enjoyable for others😀 .. We look forward to hosting your family gathering here in the smokies!!

🚨OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
**This cabin is located on a hill top with a wide/paved road, very easy access.. There is 1 other rental cabin next door, however you will still be secluded and have privacy!
** This cabin sleeps 14 in beds, no sleeper sofa. Inside there are 4 private bedrooms (3 Kings and 1 Queen/Queen Bunk). The 5th “bedroom” is the game room downstairs with a custom bunk with 4 twin beds.

5bdr / 3.5 bath🚿🚿🚿🛁🛁

This cabin has a shower on each level (3 total). The main level shower is located in the king suite master bdr. along with a jetted tub. Just outside the master bdr is a half bath as well.

Upstairs you will find a King room with a spectacular mtn view , another bedroom with a huge Queen over Queen bunk bed, and a full bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo with a beautiful view through the large window. Also there is a loft area with a 8 person Poker table.

The lower level hosts- the game room, 3rd full bath w shower, 4th bdr(King), and theater room. * The Game Room acts as 5th bdr with the custom bunks -4 twin beds.

-All guests must be 25+ years of age except children with their parents.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
-Cabin is equipped with fast wifi and 7 roku tv's, so byo passwords for netflix and hulu just like at home. **Just make sure to sign out before you leave!!**
* We also have direct tv with added sports package

-We DO provide hand soap and a start of toilet paper and paper towels. Also a complimentary start of shampoo,conditioner,body wash,lotion will be in each bathroom..
You may need bring extra for your trip.
However,other toiletries,condiments, zip locks,and coffee are NOT provided

-Coffee: We have a coffee bar with a regular drip style coffee maker AND a kuerig. We will only provide coffee filters and a few k-kups so, you may need more for your stay. We also provide syrups / sugars, teas, and honey sticks.

 -No refunds outside of our cancellation policy unless there are weather/natural disasters/long term power outages/ things that prevent you from being able to stay or access our cabin ***TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED***

- HOT TUB:
Upon check in, the hot tub may not be hot until later that evening since it gets drained,cleaned,and refilled every turn. However,it will be sparkling clean! Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK

- You will likely see and hear critters. Please keep doors/windows closed as much as possible to keep them out.

-Check-Out instructions will be sent in a message the day before checkout and is also listed under “house rules”

Awesome Labor Day trip

Our family stayed for 5 nights at Eric’s gorgeous cabin. I cannot say enough about our stay, other than it was incredible! The cabin is beautiful, the view is breathtaking. Eric was a kind and responsive host. The house cabin was equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect too. Far enough to feel removed and enjoy the quiet and nature that surrounded us, but close enough to enjoy the park and local attractions. Thanks for an unforgettable stay!

Breathtaking Views

This cabin was perfect for our first trip to the Smoky Mountains! Upon arrival the cabin was clean, had everything we needed to start off our vacation! The views were absolutely breathtaking and I loved that it was removed from all the congestion downtown. The drive downtown wasn’t bad at all either! I highly recommend this cabin! We loved sitting on the deck in the hot tub looking out at the beautiful mountains!

Fantastic stay

Property was beautiful and it felt like we were far away from the hustle and bustle of the parkway, yet we were only a 10-15 minute ride from many of the attractions. Eric was easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Views were great from the balcony. I would stay again.

What a fabulous experience and cabin! Away from the tourist traps and in a beautiful setting, this cabin was a great venue for our family trip of six adults and five kids. There was something for everyone and plenty of room. Excellent communication with the host and very clean cabin. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a large family space.

The property manager is amazing! He was so responsive and that goes so far. Loved him! The cabin was gorgeous and decorated for Christmas 🎄 The beds were comfy and had great pillows. The bathrooms were super clean and we loved the lighted mirrors! The hot tub was the bomb and we fit 6 people in it comfortably. I loved the outdoor fire pit and we did smores one night. It’s close to town maybe like 12 minutes yet felt secluded. The parking outside of the cabin was large enough to fit as least 4 big cars and we had a basketball goal as well. It's an adorable place to stay and would recommend it to anyone. We loved it and will be back! 🎄⭐️🦌❤️

Cozy, safe, clean, and absolutely amazing

I booked this cabin for a family trip of 12 members for thanksgiving and stayed for two nights. Everyone was amazed by how clean the cabin was and how CUTE and cozy. We enjoyed every moment and did not need anything as literally everything was provided including card games and packs of battery for your TV controller/remote just in case if one goes out. Lots of thoughts and consideration went into this property that was really appreciated. The most fun for all was seeing three bears around the deck while remaining safe knowing they can’t get on the deck. We enjoyed the fire pit and created lots of good memories. 100/100 recommend and will be back.

5 Star Thanksgiving Getaway

Wonderful Weekend!

We had a great weekend in the cabin! We enjoyed the hot tub every night, made big breakfasts each morning in the kitchen, enjoyed the movie room which had an incredible sound system, and had fun with a game of basketball one afternoon. The cabin was spacious but so cozy and communication with the host was excellent! We would highly recomend a relaxing weekend at this cabin.

Great Ripken Stay

We were in town for a baseball tournament, and this was the perfect home base for two families. Quiet and peaceful, but close proximity to town. Great pizza place for takeaway just 2 miles away. Loved the outdoor spaces especially. Eric was great communicating details. One of the reasons we picked this house was that it actually had table and bar seating for the group; so many houses sleep 12 with just a 4 person table, and we knew we wanted to eat some meals in. Appreciated coffee bar setup too. Highly recommend!

Peaceful paradise

We had an amazing stay, age ranges 4-60. The view is amazing, and being the last house at the top of the mountain it was very peaceful. Outdoor furniture is abundant and comfy! Indoor furnishings are cute, perfectly themed. Kids loved the game and theater room downstairs as well as the basketball hoop out front. We saw bears multiple times, a mom and 2 cubs so ensure you are locking cars and front door! Overall this was an amazing stay, and would absolutely consider staying here again when we come back.
