The refrigerator was out when we arrived, lost over 1000 in food. We filled up every trash can at the house and there was an irritateing beeping noise from the water system that had to be reset every 8 hours. We were offered a 300 return! Several messages were left for managers to respond and return our calls with no answer. I will never use this company for a rental again.

Pretty disappointing. The first thing we noticed is the horrible smell of water damage, and overall lack of cleanliness. One bedroom didn’t have a door. Several windows did not have coverings included in the bedroom. The floor is broken and sinking. In many places. The bedding smelled like an old man’s greasy hair, including the sheets.It felt uncomfortable as it was dirty. There was even a Keurig pod left in the coffee maker. I will not be returning.

Ponderosa cabin

Would definitely stay here again. The cabin was beautiful very clean and well taken care of. There was everything we needed except extra toilet paper. Great location very close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. About 10 minutes from the island at Pigeon Forge and all the sights.

We booked a cabin with a private pool and easy access to to levels of the house and to the pool one in my party is handicap and uses a walker all the time and young children very nice cabin but water went out had to move to another cabin right in the middle of rod run weekend and that cabin was a inconvenience lots of steps no pool not what I wanted it to be very small washing machine and dryer no good with 14 people and 6 of them small
