It was very clean and comfortable. The layout of the house was really nice. We absolutely loved the fire pit on the deck and we used it every morning. Our kids loved the video games. The view was nice although not as much of a mountain view as I usually like. It was pretty. It was quiet and peaceful. It was easy to get to. The basement was a little cold but there were so many blankets throughout the house in every dresser drawer and closet it really wasn’t a problem. Plenty of pillows, all the things needed for our dog, kitchen needs etc. You can tell immediately upon checking in that the owners care about the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. We had one small issue when we got there late the first night and the owner responded immediately and took care of it right away the next day. We have no complaints. It really was a wonderful cabin and a very short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The cabin was immaculate, and Bryan was an incredible host. There was plenty of things to do for the kids, between mini-golf, arcade games, and game room in the loft and big screen TV downstairs for movie nights. The adults thoroughly enjoyed the views, nice TV to watch sports, and a table big enough to house everyone. When you wanted a little piece and quiet the house was split up well you could find a corner to relax whether outside by the fire pit, sitting in the warm hot tub, or any number of places. Really wish we could have stayed longer but alas all good things must come to an end.

We had a very nice stay. The proximity to the national park led to some nice days hiking. The house and property are in good condition and clean. Well equipped for cooking. The house is really close to the main road of the neighborhood so there is traffic noise all day and night at the front of the house which affects one bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay at this Mountain View cabin. Communication was great, check-in was a breeze (especially nice to not have to make your own beds or strip them upon check-out), the house was perfect for 2 families with children ranging from 13-4. Lots of space to spread out, spend time together and activities for the kids. Nice views, but only about 10-15 minute drive to the main drag. 20 minutes to Dollywood. We would recommend.

Cabin was VERY clean on check in. Baby gates, provided highchair, and well appointed kitchen saved us alot of packing. Pictures are accurate and up to date. Hot tub was clean. All beds seemed to be comfortable to our group. It is about 20 minutes to town but there are gas stations and a few local eateries at the bottom of the hill. Living room areas are a little in the small side but we spent our time on the porch. All in all i would recommend and stay again. Host was helpful.

This was our first family trip in the mountains and picking this cabin was the best decision!! Plenty of room and the views were just amazing!! Our 2 dogs were also having a blast!! lol Not too far from attractions and stores which is a plus! This was an amazing vacation, none of us wanted to leave ! Bryan was very responsive and very polite!! We will definitely book again ! 10/10!!

Seiverville stay

The overall cabin location was good. About 25 min. from Gatlinburg. The property was clean and spacious for a family of 8. Unfortunately, the basement bathroom had a non functional toilet water tank and my parents had to fill up the tank with water to flush th toilet, also the sink in the same bathroom was slightly clogged, slow to drain. Overall experience was good, clean and space was well distributed.

We had a wonderful week filled with relaxation and gorgeous views!! My sister and I along with my 4 adult children were able to have plenty of space to go off on our own, yet enjoy wonderful gatherings spaces in this huge immaculate cabin!! We all agreed that this cabin had it all!!

The Perfect Gatty Trip 2024

The property was amazing!! We were pleasantly surprised because the pictures just don’t do it justice. On top of a breathtaking view there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. First time booking with Vrbo and it was super smooth and simple. Bryan was an amazing host, and made everything easy for a first time booker. 5 stars across the board! would stay again!

Great Christmas stay in the mountains

This place is awesome and so is the host! Accurate to all descriptions and cleanliness was outstanding!!! The Christmas decorations made more a very enjoyable stay for our family of 8 adults and 2 large dogs!

The cabin was great and met all our expectations. The towels were also folded into swans on the beds when we arrived which was a really nice touch. The only down side is the location is in a very winding stretch of road but that should be expected in the mountains.The host Bryan was extremely helpful. My wife accidentally left behind some blankets that she was really fond of and Bryan was able to get the cleaner to recover them and get them shipped to us. 10/10 rental and host.

Definitely would stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! It was just as described and so much more—cozy, clean, and stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies. The gas log heater and fire pit added a perfect touch of warmth and charm. There was more than enough room for our group of 8 adults, and the extra special touch of a food bowl and puppy blanket for our dog made us feel so welcome. Perfect location between the Pigeon Forge Parkway and Gatlinburg. Bryan, the host, was incredibly gracious and responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Family Stay in Pigeon Forge

Our recent stay at Bryan and Cindy's "Sunrise Ridge" cabin was so much fun. We had plenty of room in the cabin to accommodate comfortably 7 adults and 2 toddlers. The cabin was well decorated. Our family loved the Christmas decorations which made our stay that much enjoyable. The cabins' location made for easy access to Pigeon Forge. Bryan was terrific to work with and we certainly would recommend a stay at Sunrise Ridge.

Just lovely!

This cabin is so very cozy and was perfect for our family to have our Christmas get together. Also it was SPOTLESS! So very clean with plenty of warm blankets and extra pillows and towels. We absolutely loved it! The host was always available and answered questions when we asked. And a huge plus was it was very close to town and easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again!

Mountain Retreat for our Family Thanksgiving

This was an excellent place for our family to gather and spend time together during Thanksgiving week. It was quiet with great views from the deck. The hot tub and fire pit made it enjoyable outside on the chilly evenings in November. It was a short drive to get to the National Park entrance, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Bryan provided recommendations for things to do and places to eat and was very responsive throughout our stay. The floor plan layout on three levels was great for each couple to have their own space to rest and recharge. And the 75 inch TV was perfect for us to watch the Green Bay Packers beat the Dolphins on Thanksgiving night.. :-)
