Great family trip. Ages ranged from 75-1 and there was something for everyone to do. Property was as advertised. Very clean, HUGE bedrooms, comfortable beds, pool was extremely clean, lots of seating and deck space, plenty of towels. We would definitely return.

The host and home was absolutely perfect for our family. Beautiful home with plenty of space and things to do with children. Rooms were comfortable and each had its own bath ( so important to us). Plenty of towels and pool towels so no need to bring your own. We loved this property and our time spent here. Not much to critique here…. JUST BOOK IT!

Wonderful stay and our family enjoyed the game room and outdoor space so much! Would definitely recommend to family, friends and hopeful to come back again. The hosts are lovely and respond promptly to emails/ questions.

Game Time was EVERYTHING our family was hoping for during our Smoky Mountain vacation. Our host was helpful with any questions about the house but also tips for navigating the area. The house was clean, very spacious and had all of the amenities described.

Stayed with 3 families. Plenty of space. All rooms were spacious and comfortable each with their own bathroom. Kids had a great time in the pool. Host was very responsive. Property was in a community and was not difficult to get to. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

Our stay at the cabin was absolutely wonderful. The cabin itself was beautiful and there were so many things to do, which made the experience even better. We actually had a small wedding there, and the terrace was the perfect spot for our ceremony. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and the views were absolutely amazing.The host was also great to work with—very responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly for our stay and special day. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important moment. Highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable getaway!

The property was very nice, and my friends and I enjoyed it a lot. The host was great with communication and extremely kind. There was so much to do at the cabin that we never got bored during our stay. The price was also very reasonable compared to other cabins that offer similar amenities. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was our group’s 14th annual retreat to Gatlinburg, but our first time booking with this property and owners, Josh and Kimberly. What a fantastic experience! The house was beautiful and perfect for our needs (28 guests). The location is convenient and easy to find. As hosts, Josh and Kimberly were great communicators and easy to work with. I look forward to working with them again next year!- Clean Pool & Hot Tub- Easy check-in and check-out- Great location & Spacious parking- “As advertised” from start to finish!

I loved everything about Game Time. Liked we all had our own private bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of washcloths and towels were provided. It was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Location were in a great area not in the mountains. Cabin was 20 minutes drive to parkway. The swimming pool was nice and warm. The game room was very entertaining. I really love the outdoor firepit.

My husband, dogs and I had a fantastic stay at Game Time Retreat. We wanted somewhere we could spend a time without having to go out much, and this place is it - there is so much to do and so much space to enjoy! The house was spotless and although there were only two of us, I could imagine this would be amazing for a larger group. Communication was fantastic - Kim and Josh checked in to make sure everything was going well and kept us abreast of other updates. It was chilly while we were there and it would have been nice to have used the outdoor areas more, but they were great, too. Every part of our stay was truly perfect.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! Our group included 28 people ranging from elderly family members to a baby, and the cabin was perfect for everyone. The owner was very accessible and quick to respond throughout our stay, which made everything stress-free and enjoyable. They were incredibly accommodating, kind, and easy to work with from start to finish.The amenities were outstanding and truly made this place special. The indoor pool, putt-putt course, and arcade games kept everyone entertained, and the kids absolutely loved the slide in one of the rooms—it was a huge hit! There was something for every age, which made it perfect for a large, multi-generational group like ours.The cabin was spacious, well-maintained, and very welcoming. It’s not easy to find a place that comfortably accommodates such a large group, but this one exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

If this 8 bedroom cabin meets your bedding requirements then look no further than this cabin. You will not find a nicer, more well equipped place to stay. It was extremely clean! This place looks brand new from top to bottom. Everything you could possibly need is provided, and all of it seems be be new and high quality stuff at that! The indoor pool, putting greens, outdoor theatre, fire pit, water fall, game room and the list goes on - everything perfect. Kitchen is well equipped with new utensils and appliances. Josh and Kimberly are very gracious hosts, responding to every question we had very quickly. We held our family Thanksgiving this weekend, and everyone agreed this was the best cabin we've ever rented for our holiday. We will most definitely be repeat customers!

The host was friendly and very responsive, but for what we paid I did expect a little more from him other than the response that everything was 6months old and should work. The dishwasher didn’t work, the. Fire pit worked 2 nights and quit. The telescope was broken and we had our wedding reception there with special thank you cards made with a star app that allowed guests to find a star we named. So that was huge reason we chose to thank guests that way and nothing was compensated back to us for the loss of those two things. You do need to buy extra toilet paper, and if you do have the allowed number of guests to the cabin plan on paying the extra trash pickup fee or you will have to keep it in the cabin. For the amount you pay and amount of guests I do feel there should be an extra pickup. The jacuzzi with a large group over a weeks time should be checked we didn’t use it the last 3 days because it did get foggy and gross. I loved the cabin size itself other than the futons are considered double in the rooms and unless you’re really tiny that won’t work, annd they’re just not comfortable to sleep on. Other than those things we really did enjoy our stay there. The host of the property was kind and I do understand people trash things that aren’t theirs but I was a little upset we couldn’t get the full use of what was offered in the description. Would I stay again yes, but it would have to be with less people as we had to get two cabins for a week

Beautiful cabin! We rarely left, as there’s plenty to keep you entertained here. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive to any questions. Plenty of parking for large groups, close enough to venture out, but secluded enough for privacy. Highly recommended!
