-Pool is set to 85 degrees. Due to sanitation requirements we cannot increase the temperature. The pool is 4 foot deep, absolutely NO diving. Use the pool AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- We do not offer late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $100 charge per.

- We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided

- If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

Great time! Very comfortable and family oriented. The pool and hot tub were well used and fun. The game room was used a lot, pool table, shuffleboard and bean bag games were played a lot. The only issues we encountered were with the electronic games. Lights did not work on some machines and gaming devices did not all work. Other than that everything was terrific

This was a great stay for our family! We were especially impressed by the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub, and the good maintenance of the property in general. The beds were very comfortable. We always carry a mattress topper with us on travels, but didn't have to use it here -- a rare occurrence! The furniture was likewise comfortable and clean, as was everything else. We saw two bear cubs playing in the back yard, and were incredibly lucky to view the November 2025 aurorae from the balcony (photos attached).

We enjoyed our stay, communication was excellent. Cabin is new and very modern. Our only complaint was the water pressure, it was very weak most of our stay so made getting 12 people showered a challenge. Other than that everything was perfect!

We loved staying at Splash Haven! The cabin is spacious, well stocked and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and the kids had endless fun in the pool. The cabin is located just a short distance from all the attractions and stores. Everyone appreciated having their own space to nap or relax at the end of the day. Excellent home to stay in and had everything we needed for our family. Plenty of things for our young kids to do and plenty of space for everyone. Luxury Cabin At Its Best!!

This cabin is so comfortable and a perfect place to relax.. Also a great location to visit the tourism in Pigeon Forge. Our family of nine had plenty of room and enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We celebrated my grand-daughters birthday at the cabin. We especially liked the large kitchen with island. The cabin is perfect for a group and has a great open floor plan. It appears to be "like new" and very well cleaned and maintained. The owners were great at communicating. Looking forward to our next trip!!
