OUTDOOR SPACES
The cabin offers a great wraparound deck with rocking chairs, a propane grill, and a full-size hot tub. Imagine breathing in the fresh mountain air with morning coffee, firing up the grill for barbecue, and soaking up in stress-diminishing hot tub.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the whole cabin except for locked owner's closet in Bedroom #2.

The cabin is a part of the Bear Creek Crossing Resort, a highly desired gated community. As our guest, you have complete access to its amenities:
* Outdoor swimming pool and indoor heated swimming pool
* Mini golf
* Waterfall and scenic walk

HOUSE RULES

* Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. You will be charged for bringing extra guests at $100/guest per night.

* Please remember you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Please be respectful, friendly and treat the property as if your own home. You will be charged for any damaged inventory and/or additional cleaning fees as needed.

* No pets, smoking (of any kind) or parties on the property

* Quiet time at the resort is from 10pm - 8am.

* Guests who use the propane gas grill must clean after use. Guests are responsible for propane refills and maintenance of the grill.

* No late checkouts allowed unless written text or email approval by host. Additional $150/hr fee will be charged to guest on reservation.

* If any problems arise, I am always available by messaging on the platform and have a local housekeeper who is ready to take immediate action, within reason.

* If there is an emergency, please call 911 as well as contacting me.

* Guests agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents they may incur. Guests agree to waive any claim whatsoever against host for accidents.

* Our cabin is not "child/baby-proofed." All children must be supervised at all times to ensure their safety.

GENERAL

* Bears have been spotted near the cabin. Be extra cautious and not to feed the bears and make sure you lock your vehicles, close the bear-proof trash bin completely and not to leave food out.

* We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case you would need to cancel your trip outside of the free cancellation window.

* Cabin has wifi from AT&T provider but since it is in mountains, the internet is not the highest speed. You can surf the internet well and can stream live on one device but connecting multiple devices will not work well.

* Limited toiletries are provided.

* Bugs and pests are very common in the mountain. It is quite common for cluster flies and ladybugs to show up in mass at certain times of the year. While my team has treated the cabin for pests, there is still a possibility that guests may see the occasional bugs or spiders. Keeping windows and doors closed as much as possible will limit their entry into the cabin.

* Cabin owners are not responsible for maintenance of resort amenities such as pools and mini golf course.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

The cabin was beautiful easy to find easy to get into plenty of room For my family hot tub did not get to temp, but it said it was in the washer. Did not bring out all the water from the clothes that was a bit frustrating for a family sex. Other than that, it was a beautiful place and definitely would stay there again

Had a great stay. It was very relaxing and offered a variety of family fun. When we wanted some low key time it was still fun for the kids/teens. Everything was typically within a 10 minute drive which was super convenient. Really enjoyed our stay!

Very Nice Place

Nice property in a very good location. 10 minutes down the hill to Pigeon Forge. It is located in a grouping of similar style chalets. The complex has 2 pools and a putt-putt golf course. Just FYI, for us, those amenities were not within walking distance of the cabin. There was some minor wear and tear, but nothing that would deter us from staying here again. Just note there is no main bathroom. The only bathrooms are located within the bedrooms. All in all we had a great trip and would book here again. No shortage of cookware, utensils or towels.

This place is AWESOME!

My family had the most incredible vacation, and one of the reasons why it was so awesome was because of this cabin! It's a perfect location for those who want to visit Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You are also close to grocery stores, food, and entertainment. The views were just phenomenal, and we saw two bears! We spent much of our time on the wrap around porch. Highly recommend!

Perfect secluded cabin, ten min from all the action

Look no further. If you want to feel like you're away in a secluded mountain cabin, but be ten min from the fun, this cabin is perfect. John was a great host, communicated quickly, provided suggestions for area. We had two tweens with us and three adults, the accommodations were perfect to fit us all. Mountain views from the deck, which wraps around the cabin. Hot tub was nice, kind of standard for these types of properties. Kids loved the upstairs arcade room with pool table, fuseball and driving arcade game. Wifi was good. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils etc so that we could make a few meals at home. I really appreciated that there was some coffee, coffee filters, sugar, tea bags,and spices in the cabin. I hate when I have to buy a bunch of that stuff for only a couple of days away. Nice touch by the owner. AC worked well, unit was very clean, plenty of towels and also appreciated some shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in the master bathroom which no one thought to bring lol. Felt like we were staying at our own cabin away from home, would definitely come back to John's property.

Long weekend getaway

The stay we had here was great! It was me and my husband, our daughter and her 2 children. My grandchildren loved the game room and the fullsized bunk beds in the loft area. Both bedrooms had plenty of room. Bathrooms were on the small side, but the space we had in the living and kitchen area was great! Loved the wrap around porch/deck. The location was great! Contact with owner was excellent! Very easy checkout! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was beautiful, very clean and perfect for our family of 5. We all enjoyed the upstairs game room. The cabin was only minutes away from all the activities in Pigeon Forge. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.
