area boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a

stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, and space for meal prep. After

a day of exploring the Great Smoky Mountains, unwind in front of the gas

fireplace or take a relaxing soak in the hot tub on the spacious private deck.

perfect for extra guests, an additional sofa, and a recliner to lounge around.

and ambiance. With a flat-screen TV, you'll have endless entertainment options

to keep you entertained.

Get cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, designed to make mealtime a breeze.

With modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and

dishwasher, you'll have everything you need to whip up a hearty mountain meal.

Gather around the spacious 8-person dining room table and enjoy a family-style

dinner together. And for added convenience, two bar stools provide a perfect

morning coffee spot. Whether cooking delicious meals or enjoying a casual

snack, this kitchen is where memories are made and moments are savored. Dish

towels, dish starter soap, and dishwasher starter pods are provided.

Step outside and into the serene mountain atmosphere of our outdoor space. The

expansive deck stretches across the entire front of the cabin, providing ample

seating, including multiple wooden rocking chairs, a wooden two-seater glider,

a bench, and a table with four chairs to take in the stunning views of the

surroundings. Take a soak in the private hot tub, surrounded by the

tranquility of nature, and let your worries melt away. Fire up the gas grill

and cook a delicious barbeque meal, savoring the crisp mountain air and sounds

of nature. Pull out the corn hole game and have some family fun. When the sun

sets, retreat to the screened-in porch for a bug-free spot to play a game of

ping pong on the full-sized ping pong table or foosball table or enjoy the

stars. With its perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and fresh mountain air,

the outdoor space at Hibernation Station is the ultimate retreat from the

hustle and bustle of everyday life.



Location/ Roads / Parking:

This cabin is conveniently located with easy, paved roads leading to the

property, making it accessible by both motorcycle and vehicle, with level

parking available for three cars. Nearby amenities include Dollar General,

Kroger, and Food City for your shopping needs. You'll be just 5 minutes from

Pigeon Forge, 15 minutes from Gatlinburg, and 15 minutes from the stunning

Smoky Mountains. With its prime location, you're only a short drive away from

all the attractions downtown Pigeon Forge offers.



Pet Policy:

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2-dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in

a kennel.

Please clean up after your pet(s)

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is

damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be

charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.

Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or

sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time

needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.

10am
