The host was very prompt with addressing the issues but too many issues. First night, windy night, the gutter was loose and banged very loudly, no sleep. Owner fixed the next day. Linen was dirty in bunk bed room we had to wash all bed linen. The one game I wanted PacMan was not working, owner knew but did not inform us before or after booking, disappointing!!! Remote missing for the TV in game room, owner suggested I look all over the house to find. Which was never found! Pool temperature very cold owner suggested I take batteries out of the hot tub thermometer and put in pool thermometer. So we could not use both at the same time. Overall it was a lot of issues when we just wanted a relaxing vacation!!!!

This cabin is very nice and kid friendly! They loved the pool and we loved that it was on the main level. The only downside to this cabin that it doesnt have a bathroom on the main level so you have to walk upstairs. Every room has its own bathroom which is a plus. The only other thing is you can’t turn the heat up pass 73 on the main level and the pool didnt feel like it was 80. Overall this cabin is very nice and I highl

Our Christmas trip

First I wanna say pictures don’t do justice for the beauty within. And the accommodates made to ensure the safety of the children there. Such as changing the lock code to the pool room, no questions asked when letting them know the kids learned the original code the first day. This property was everything plus more. Anyways the kids were in heaven (hint it’s name) rather it been swimming or the game room. I will say if stairs aren’t your thing this house ain’t for you.lol but this house accommodated all our needs. Plenty of seating space on the main level,lots of bathrooms, space and bedrooms with many extra beds to spare with our 4 families (tons of kids to). Each closet has a foldaway bed which was perfect for those moms who share rooms with a litte ones and want to keep them close but out of your bed. lots of dishes and cookware too. I normally need extra towels as just my family is 7 people and there were plenty!!!! A BEAUTIFUL Christmas tree and even 4 stocking. I would suggest tho to leave a broom out. Also there were several pillowcases that had make up on them. Not a big issue at all. Which the host was very responsive to any messages I sent and I know if I would have said something it would have been fixed. I’d also like to point out the essentials that were there for the babies such as playpens and a highschair. This came in very handy. This Christmas is one a lot of the little ones may forever say was the best one they ever had. They definitely won’t forget it!

Great Stay

The cabin was very nice. We have been staying in cabins in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area for close to 20 years. The host were great. We only had to issues during a 6-night stay and they were fixed the same day. One issue was brought to our attention and fixed before we had time to report it to the host. Great all-around experience. I would highly recommend the host and the cabin.

Pigeon Forge Wedding House

Very well appointed mountain house with plenty of living space. Accommodates large families very well. We booked the home for my daughters wedding in Pigeon Forge. There were 12 of us at the house and everyone was pleased with the accommodations. Would definitely rent again in the future.

Family Reunion

Awesome experience at this cabin. Very clean and well stocked. Most cabins we have been in are very minimal on supplies but Jess provides a reasonable amount of starter stuff. Everything was in great order and condition. Any issues were minor and comes with the usage of the cabin over the years. Couple improves would be adding some more blankets and bedding. When using the extra roll away beds we felt a bit short on blankets. The grill hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a long time and there was quite a bit of build up from previous stays. Lastly, the pool was a little chilly and could be a little warmer. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would repeat at this cabin again in the future. Thank you!

Definite 5-Star Stay!!!!

Delightful property. Stocked with all the essentials. Exceptionally clean. Hosts were excellent communicators...very responsive to text messages. Check-in and check-out instructions clearly laid out and was very smooth. Property was available right on time. We were in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area for our annual family summer get-together with the kids and grandkids. This place was a perfect fit for all 17 of us. We would definitely return to this property next time we are in the area.

Fantastic Cabin Getaway

Located just outside Pigeon Forge, with majestic views of the surrounding hillsides, this cabin has it all. You are far enough away from the city to avoid traffic and all of the touristy hubbub, but close enough that you can go in to a grocery store or to Dollywood, the Island, or any of the other tourist sites or rides or anything else in just 15 or 20 minutes. That is if you even want to leave the cabin. With six bedrooms each with its own bathroom; plus a game room with four video game consoles and a pool table; a theater room of all recliners and a massive TV; a 20 ft pool, a hot tub, Plus a bunch of rocking chairs on the porches just for relaxing. We made use of it all and enjoyed every minute of our week there overlapping Christmas

Lived up to expectations!

Multi-generation family spent Thanksgiving week at this fantastic house. The home is ideally located for activities in Gatlinburg or a trip to the national park. Everything in the home was as advertised, the owners were attentive, and the pool and spa were both hits. Everybody loved the vacation.

Couples’ Ministry Retreat

The property was very clean and decorated nicely. We had a very pleasant experience and we all felt that the accommodations were perfect for the 5 couples who were retreating there. The space was cozy enough for our gathering times and large enough for us to spread out with amenities to enjoy when necessary.

Lots of room

Large Family Accommodations!

Our family of 12 had an incredible stay at Heaven's Dream! Loved the bathrooms, King bedroom suites, and pool & hot tub. Game room & media room were added extras. Great location to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Hosts Jess & Rebecca were easy to work with. We will definitely book again.

An Almost Ruined Family Vacation

My family enjoyed the cabin experience and ambiance that it offered. The cabin was really nice and fully equipped. Faced a few uncomfortable setbacks starting with encountering a technical difficulty thru Vrbo that didn't make the access code electronically available so that we could gain access into the cabin as well as getting the Wi-Fi connection code, but we were able to receive the information in a timely fashion. The last setback came when I placed another call to the owner due to encountering some soiled bed linen in a couple of the bedrooms in which we stayed up late washing and drying. Now by this time Rebecca (owner) appeared to be agitated with me calling because she stated that ‘I’ve already called three times since my arrival at approximately 7:30pm and it was nearing 10:00pm’, needless to say I was told to vacate the premise and if we didn’t leave by a specified time the sheriff will be called to escort us out and off the premise. I was faced with the fact that my family was stranded, informed that there was no ‘single’ hotel available to accommodate my whole family, our refund was not immediately available, the out-of-pocket additional expense to pay for new lodging and having to turn around and drive eight hours back home. Now, I ask how would that make you feel? But I ended up talking to the other owner (Jess) and he was more apt to resolve the linen issue following day, apologetic, reassuring the goal of providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Amazing Cabin!

This cabin was very much stocked and ready for a family vacation! The people who own the cabin were very friendly and very quick answering any and all questions too. We were impressed with the nice game room and the movie room was great for the little ones to enjoy their shows while the older kids played some games. Pool was a little too cold for the young ones, but the older of the kids said it took awhile to get used to the temp, but the pool was fun. Adults used the hot tub out on the deck. The laundry room was very nice to have on site as well for washing towels/clothes. The bathroom towels were so nice and large, plus a whole set for each person was great. We did have 4 bears come up for a close visit come evening time, but the trash area is locked up so they cannot tear into anything. They were magnificent to watch! View from the upper 3rd floor off the back balcony is amazing. We watched the sunset pretty much each night with a great view over the mountains. Grill out front is newer and very nice! Kitchen area is fully stocked with everything you need (except food of course) but with the cabin's great location nearby a couple grocery stores it was easy to get into town and back without any issues. We really liked that this cabin is just outside the busy part of town and is tucked away nicely, but not too far out for a quick trip in town last minute for an attraction, which there is a lot of, but some coupons were provided for FREE from the hosts of the cabin.
