The management company was in great communication before our arrival. They made sure they had what they needed from us. Robin was very kind and friendly. The cabin is set in a great location. It is easy to get to and close to attractions, shopping, grocery and restaurants. Cleanliness was much to be desired. The master had dead ladybugs on floor mats and dust everywhere. There were hair ties and Bobby pins from previous guest on side tables. Upstairs clothing from previous guest had been left as well as false eyelashes on side tables. Kitchen counters and dinner table were very sticky as well as the living room couch. Dishes pulled from cabinets had to be rewashed before we used them. Food till stuck on them. Windows were very nasty all of them looked like things had been splashed or spilled one them. Downstairs the light in the bedroom was strobing and on main floor a light was left on with a loud fan in a room that was locked. We did let the management company know bout all of these things through the email they had been communicating through but they never responded once we checked in. Overall the house was fine and we made do Md cleaned things that needed it but it wasn’t the experience I would have hoped for.
