Stayed with 3 families. Plenty of space. All rooms were spacious and comfortable each with their own bathroom. Kids had a great time in the pool. Host was very responsive. Property was in a community and was not difficult to get to. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

Game Time was EVERYTHING our family was hoping for during our Smoky Mountain vacation. Our host was helpful with any questions about the house but also tips for navigating the area. The house was clean, very spacious and had all of the amenities described.

This was our group’s 14th annual retreat to Gatlinburg, but our first time booking with this property and owners, Josh and Kimberly. What a fantastic experience! The house was beautiful and perfect for our needs (28 guests). The location is convenient and easy to find. As hosts, Josh and Kimberly were great communicators and easy to work with. I look forward to working with them again next year!- Clean Pool & Hot Tub- Easy check-in and check-out- Great location & Spacious parking- “As advertised” from start to finish!

I loved everything about Game Time. Liked we all had our own private bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of washcloths and towels were provided. It was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Location were in a great area not in the mountains. Cabin was 20 minutes drive to parkway. The swimming pool was nice and warm. The game room was very entertaining. I really love the outdoor firepit.

Wonderful stay and our family enjoyed the game room and outdoor space so much! Would definitely recommend to family, friends and hopeful to come back again. The hosts are lovely and respond promptly to emails/ questions.

Our stay at the cabin was absolutely wonderful. The cabin itself was beautiful and there were so many things to do, which made the experience even better. We actually had a small wedding there, and the terrace was the perfect spot for our ceremony. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and the views were absolutely amazing.The host was also great to work with—very responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly for our stay and special day. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important moment. Highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable getaway!

The property was very nice, and my friends and I enjoyed it a lot. The host was great with communication and extremely kind. There was so much to do at the cabin that we never got bored during our stay. The price was also very reasonable compared to other cabins that offer similar amenities. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! Our group included 28 people ranging from elderly family members to a baby, and the cabin was perfect for everyone. The owner was very accessible and quick to respond throughout our stay, which made everything stress-free and enjoyable. They were incredibly accommodating, kind, and easy to work with from start to finish.The amenities were outstanding and truly made this place special. The indoor pool, putt-putt course, and arcade games kept everyone entertained, and the kids absolutely loved the slide in one of the rooms—it was a huge hit! There was something for every age, which made it perfect for a large, multi-generational group like ours.The cabin was spacious, well-maintained, and very welcoming. It’s not easy to find a place that comfortably accommodates such a large group, but this one exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

If this 8 bedroom cabin meets your bedding requirements then look no further than this cabin. You will not find a nicer, more well equipped place to stay. It was extremely clean! This place looks brand new from top to bottom. Everything you could possibly need is provided, and all of it seems be be new and high quality stuff at that! The indoor pool, putting greens, outdoor theatre, fire pit, water fall, game room and the list goes on - everything perfect. Kitchen is well equipped with new utensils and appliances. Josh and Kimberly are very gracious hosts, responding to every question we had very quickly. We held our family Thanksgiving this weekend, and everyone agreed this was the best cabin we've ever rented for our holiday. We will most definitely be repeat customers!

My husband, dogs and I had a fantastic stay at Game Time Retreat. We wanted somewhere we could spend a time without having to go out much, and this place is it - there is so much to do and so much space to enjoy! The house was spotless and although there were only two of us, I could imagine this would be amazing for a larger group. Communication was fantastic - Kim and Josh checked in to make sure everything was going well and kept us abreast of other updates. It was chilly while we were there and it would have been nice to have used the outdoor areas more, but they were great, too. Every part of our stay was truly perfect.
