Foxview is tucked quietly into the trees of the Smoky Mountains — a private, rustic retreat that still puts you just a short drive from the mountain towns and outdoor activities this range is known and loved for! With two decks, a hot tub, and a rec room, there are more than enough ways to keep your group entertained, even if you stay home!

You can soak under the stars in the large hot tub on the upper deck. Or, fire up the grill and dine al fresco among the trees. Inside, Foxview’s main living room is flooded with light from floor-to-ceiling windows and features a TV and electric fireplace. Head downstairs to find a cozy rec room with foosball, a pool table, and a small table perfect for your favorite one-on-one games. On the lower deck, enjoy your morning coffee in one of the rocking chairs before setting out to explore everything the Smokies have to offer.

Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are both just a 20-minute drive away with family-friendly activities like theme and adventure parks, ziplining, shopping, and dining. You'll also find your fair share of Appalacian breweries around here! No matter what you choose to explore, Foxview is ready to welcome you with a warm design, a private atmosphere, and plenty of space to connect!

If you love spending time in nature, staying active, and celebrating wildlife, a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains is a must. Located along the Tennessee/North Carolina border and home to the country's most visited national park, the Smokies provide over 800 miles of hiking trails, rivers, and a good chance at a black bear sighting. The ancient mountains invite you to connect with one of the oldest mountain ranges in the world and walk among century-old trees. Talk about a step back in time!

- The primary bedroom ensuite features a bath but no shower.
- The jetted tub on the top level (primary) bedroom is not working. There is a major leak and water cannot be turned on or it will cause further damage.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Gas fireplaces are turned off from April 15 to October 15 for the summer season.
- Please have a 4WD or AWD vehicle and also carry chains. Driveways or roads leading to the property can be steep and will require these.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
