The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the cabin!

The parking has space enough to park up to 3 mid-size vehicles or 2 Truck/SUV.

Now! The red tape:

■ All guests must sign a Rental Agreement after booking. You will be sent a link
to click and sign.

■ Rates are subject to change until management confirms your reservation.

■ All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)

■ 8 Human Max. If you bring more people then accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave without refund.

■ 3 Vehicle Max

■ The cabin is in the mountains the roads are steep.

■ Message us before booking if you have more than 6 people.

■ No Pets. Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.

■ No smoking/vaping of any kind. $100 fine.

■ Quiet-time is after 9:30 pm. If you are a night owl this property is not for you.

■ We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy
more.

■ Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided

■ You will likely see and hear critters. We do however have the cabin on a regular pest control service schedule to help minimize the possibility of such critters/bugs coming into the cabin.

■ Bears are dangerous

■ The fireplace is gas

■ We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.

■ The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

■ Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM.

■ No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

■ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.

■ Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided

■ Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
