Great place to have a relaxing getaway!

Scott the owner is amazing great communication right from the start. We enjoyed rocking on the porch watching the sun go down. The fire place is cozy. We also enjoyed making s'mores in the fire pit outside. We can’t wait to come back to the smoky mountains, when we do we will be booking this beautiful cabin!

Amazing

My overall impression of the Cushy Cabin was AMAZING!!!!!! As soon as you walk into the property, you feel that cabin life settling in. The combination of rustic and industrial look gave the cabin that feel of being in the mountains. And the view alone, was astonishing. The location was perfect.

Fabulous Cabin in the Smokies - Highly Recommend

Highly recommend this cabin close to the Parkway, with beautiful views from the floor to ceiling windows in large great room and large, covered deck. The kitchen was very well-equipped, with nice cookware, plenty of silverware, glasses, utensils, etc. Our group loved having 4 King, en-suite bedrooms (with nice toiletries & comfortable beds) and the movie room downstairs. Large hot tub and fire pit were great. The house is situated on a quiet street, with good space between houses. The owner is very responsive and was a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend!

Definite must

If you’re looking in this area, this location is a must. Set between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg it was ideal. The pictures are reality- the view was wonderful ♥️ the owner was extremely responsive, super polite and would hands-down recommend because cushy cabins to anyone. Look forward to another stay down the road. One of our best vacations to date!

Girls trip

Great location and big house. House could use a good cleaning. Vacuuming under beds, dusting and wiping down furniture would go along way. Easy communication with the owner. Enjoyed our stay and will return to the area.

Perfect getaway beautiful cabin!!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the cabin! It was very nice to have all of the amenities and such a big and beautiful cabin! I strongly recommend this cabin for a fun and memorable vacation. Scott the property manager was amazing.

This property was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious but welcoming. The property owner was also very detailed prior to arrival. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to visit again!

Disappointed

Booked based upon 5 star reviews. Shocked to find the condition of the cabin. Bath rugs filthy, hair & mold. Theater room rug soaked thru damp, nasty stains. Dog hair on master bedding. Dishwasher full of dishes. Return air vent and filter dirty (checked b/c basement not cooling well). Lower balcony furniture green mold & worn. Washer was unusable, so much mold and dog hair. We purchased supplies, cleaned floors, table, counters etc. Mgmt was responsive, seemed genuine; agreed to refund cleaning/pet dep but did not. 3 large plastic owls mounted outside, heads swivel to face inside the large, uncovered windows, not sure if recording but definitely an uncomfortable feeling. Beautiful view, comfy beds, quiet area, bears in the neighborhood; with some TLC would be a nice cabin.

Awesome Property & Awesome Owner!!

The cabin location was great. Close to Pigeon Forge but not too close. There were some areas of the cabin that could have been a little cleaner but overall it was exactly what was described in the listing, four master suites, awesome living/kitchen area, great theater and we loved the balconies - did I mention pet friendly as well! Scott was very responsive to all our questions/needs and very helpful! Overall an excellent stay!!

Great place to stay!!

We loved this cabin. Everything was clean and well-stocked. The mountain views from the cabin were absolutely amazing. The location was ideal for quick drives to the attractions but also to the grocery store when we wanted to stay in. It was centrally located to everything. The set up in the house was great to keep kids and adults entertained, with a pool table, theater room, air hockey table, hot tub and arcade games. Our host answered all of our questions quickly and ensured we were prepared for our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable Stay

The house was great. Wish I would have paid attention to the bedroom locations as my 76 year old mother had to climb the stairs to access any bedroom. There are two upstairs and 2 in the basement (master is downstairs). No bedrooms on the main level but there is a full bathroom. This was our fault though. Thank goodness grandma can still climb even if it is a slow process.

Immaculate & stunning.

Not sure if HGTV built/decorated CLOUD NINE but it’s picture perfect. Cabin is immaculate, spotless, w/wood ceilings, walls & floors. Unfortunately, my trip was cut short by several days so I tried to take advantage of what I could in short time. Mountaintops off in the distance & are visible but moderately obstructed by trees. Steep, curvy mountain roads were a blast for me, but may frighten the heck out of others. Roads were dry & might be an entirely different experience with rain/snow. Coming from a big city my initial search was for a secluded cabin, tucked away from noise, but large windows were a must. CLOUD NINE’s massive windows are what sold me. Unfortunately, a cabin was being built a few doors down & I heard pounding, beeping, etc all day. That put a damper on my desire for peace. I’m now at my FLA condo where Hurricane construction & noise are non-stop. Driving me batty. I’ll be renting a cabin on my way back home to the big city. Normally, I stay at a hotel overnight. Thought I’d try something different with a cabin in Smoky Mountains & I’ll never stay at a hotel ever again. I’m spoiled now. The cabin is way more than I need but if the owner can assure no construction & price is right for 1 adult then I’ll be happy to stay at CLOUD NINE on my way back to the big city in a few months or so. I don’t think CLOUD NINE cabin itself can disappoint. Construction was a bummer :-)
