The Space:

This spacious retreat is perfect for a family or couples' getaway, featuring two luxurious master suites with king-sized beds, private bathrooms with walk-in showers, and relaxing jetted tubs. Enjoy two entertainment areas: both with a pull-out couch for extra sleeping area and a cozy living room ideal with a fireplace for unwinding together. Whether you're looking to relax or have fun, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience for your stay.



CRITTERS: We subscribe to professional pest control services. However, please keep in mind that the cabin is in the mountains. So in and around the cabin, guests can expect to encounter critters, including but not limited to: ants, bees, spiders, moths, millipedes, ladybugs, and rodents.



MORE ON LADYBUGS

Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Smokies. These little buggers are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They may swarm to the cabin and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned, including bug removal, before and after your stay. However, these bugs may come back right away and unfortunately there is no way to prevent it until the season passes.

Bear Haven is located in a peaceful community in Sevierville, offering the perfect mix of nature and convenience. You are tucked away in the mountains with access to a community fishing pond and pool, yet you are just a short drive from the vibrant attractions of Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and the Gatlinburg area. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park has a closer entrance, making this the perfect base camp for hiking and exploring.



Getting Around:

A car is essential for getting around the area. We provide free parking for up to 2 vehicles. Winter Travel Note: We are located in a mountain setting. While the roads to the cabin are paved/asphalt, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended during winter months (snow or ice) to safely navigate the mountain terrain.

Please note we do have ring camera outside of the cabin for safety reasons

I will be available if you need anything. I will check on you a few times during your stay.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

The location was great. This was our first time not staying in Gatlinburg while visiting the Smokies and we loved it. The area was very peaceful and all the attractions and activities were very easily accessible to drive to. The cabin was just as pictured and it was perfect!

We had a great stay at The cozy bear cabin. We loved the hot tub,the view ,the pool table .Even the decorations were spot on. We actually saw a young bear hanging around at one of the near by cabins. Our mattress was very comfortable ss well.

Absolutely beautiful cabin with an amazing view. We visited in April so sunrise was a perfect view. Has a game room downstairs to keep you entertained in the off hours. And the neighborhood bears came and made their appearance just about every day for some picture taking.

From check in to check out, everything was a breeze! The cabin was perfect for us! My parents, and our son with his puppy, Finn. Walking Finn, a bear popped up next door. Thought Finn was gonna be a lil nugget. But he went along on his way. The cabin is at the end of a cul-de-sac with magnificent views. I’m missing my morning coffee view! Thanks for letting us enjoy you great cabin!

We would definitely recommend this cabin. It’s located at the end of a cul-de-sac. There are a few cabins around it, but you really can’t see them when you’re sitting on your back decks and enjoying the view. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We saw lots of wildlife, even a bear. The view from the top deck was wonderful each morning as we watched the sunrise. The hot tub is enjoyable for the afternoon. The host is so very kind, and very accommodating. The communication was excellent. We had a small problem at the beginning, but the host communicated right away about how to correct it and was more than gracious. Cabin was clean, water pressure good (and lots of hot water). Sometimes these cabins on wells do not have good pressure. Overall, a wonderful experience.
