Thank you for asking. And also thank you for being so communicative.We went ahead and left the property and rented something else north of Knoxville. We arrived after dark last night and were pretty road weary so I wanted to wait to give you feedback.The access road to the topside of the cabin was washed out so we could not park close and my 78 year old dad had to walk up all those stairs. Motion lights on the stairs are also non-functioning. After unloading we unfolded the hide away bed to find dead bugs, food crumbs, and hair on that bed. There is also a urine stain in that thing. During the night the bed collapsed on me. I weight 185lbs and it just gave way in the middle. The sink upstairs wasn't draining.The hot tub was cloudy but didn't smell bad but also did not smell treated. The tub walls were slimy, but there is also exposed fiberglass inside that scratched my hand just feeling of it so we did not use it. Bummer for sure. There was mold in the kurieg coffee maker, and just one coffee pod to use anyway for three os us. I left one we had for someone else. The other coffee maker had no filter so we could not use that either.We had one roll of toilet paper as well.( not a huge issue). Spider webs were also everywhere as well as dead insects. Again not a big deal but it just made it seem dirty.The bed upstairs also had hairs in the sheets. These were Mostly long/gray hair. This place really needs some tlc.It would have been alright if it had been cleaned wel
