-The pool is heated to 84–86°F, and the pool room is maintained at 82–84°F depending on the season.
-This is a heated swimming pool, not a hot tub, so please don’t expect hot tub-level temps (100°F+). These temperatures are optimal for system performance year-round.
-Please do not adjust any settings—our pool company monitors and manages everything remotely.

-You will receive a 4-digit keypad code before check-in for easy access.

📝 Rental Agreement & Security
We require the booking guest to sign a rental agreement and provide a credit card hold for a security deposit, similar to a hotel. The hold is released after your stay, provided there are no damages.

-The cabin is located in bear country!
-Always lock your vehicle and the front door—bears have learned how to open doors.
-Never leave food or trash outside. Always use the bear-proof trash bins provided.
-Improper trash disposal can result in wildlife encounters.

We get you started with some basics:
-A few rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.
-Dishwasher pods, laundry pods, hand soap, dish soap.
-Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every shower.
-For longer stays, we recommend bringing additional paper products and trash bags.

-Dual coffee maker (drip + Keurig).
-We supply a variety of coffee pods, ground coffee, creams, and sugars. If you prefer a specific blend, feel free to bring your favorite.

Always dispose of trash in the bear-proof bins provided—never leave it outside the bins.
A pest control service visits 1-2 a month, but as this is a mountain home, occasional bugs may be present.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Limited housekeeping is available.

We absolutely love this cabin!!!! This was our first family trip. Our father is battling with health issues, he wanted all his daughters & grandkids together. Very nice place for the family to stay for our daughter’s wedding at Nichols Aire. Close to downtown Sevierville with the great restaurants and a few miles from the venue. Very clean with everything you need for a great weekend.

Family bonding with lower level games, indoor pool, hot tub, and our favorite was the theater room! We had busy weekend with kids sports tournament in town and this was great place for family to unwind and have fun in the evenings! Plenty of room and big bedrooms made it an easy stay for all

Our group had a great time at this incredibly clean and spacious home! The attention to detail with things like laundry detergent, kitchen items, and bed linens made our stay so enjoyable and easy. The hot tub and pool were great additions and were loved and used by all!

We enjoyed our time with friends here. The cabin is very nice & was at a convenient location for shopping & eating. Everything was was very clean & had extra touches in amenities such as sound machines in bedrooms, coffee pods, keriug & coffee pot, nice decks on both levels. One reviewer mentioned the beds being hard but we found them to be comfortable & my husband had even recently had back surgery. Communication was prompt from the owner. A small con for us was the living room area was a little tight but the furniture was comfortable. Would definitely recommend this cabin!

College UT tour and football game

We stayed here with friends and our high school seniors in order to attend a college tour and a UT football game. House was perfect for our needs and the kids were entertained by game room and the large tv room was great for football watching. I also appreciate how the owner had everything labeled and organized. Very clean and new. Would stay here again!

Love how modern everything is!!!

The cabin is beautiful and we loved how modern everything was. Only down side is that the pool didn't feel very warm nor was it warm in the pool room and the bed in the master bedroom is hard as a rock!!!
