The cabin is beautiful and looks brand new. We stayed her for a girls trip. The views were amazing. We spent time in the hot tub but did not get to enjoy the pool due to the temperature being cold. The staff was responsive to our inquiries. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend.

Property itself is a nice cabin but the cleanliness of it was not up to my standard. We didn’t get in the hot tub because the pump covers were not attached to it, radio was falling out the side and it looked like there was yellow gunk in it and the previous renter left cigarettes in and around the hot tub. There was a bowl of opened cookies we found in one of the bedroom dressers. Trash still left around the cabin and on the deck from the previous renters. There were a few other things we noticed. As said previously, the cabin itself is beautiful but for as much money as we paid to stay there it should be in top notch condition and properly cleaned after each renter.

Alpine Mountain Lodge

Location was perfect with a beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains! The lodge was great! We had a few issues with 2 of the king size beds collapsing - the one early on was fixed the same day, the other happened at the end of the stay. The hot tub was not in service but the pool was great. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool, movie room and sharing the bunk beds room. It was memorizing sitting on the porch in rocking chairs and watching the view of the mountains change constantly with the mist coming and going over them.

Spring Break Fun

Very nice place. A few maintenance adjustments but other than that it was great for family time! The pool was enjoyed by all and bigger than I thought it would be.

Thanksgiving in the Smokies

We had a lovely stay for the holidays! The house is as advestised - maybe even better! The pool and hot tub were great. Theatre space was cozy. Loved the Christmas decorations. Porch was lovely with a beautiful view. Beds were comfortable. There was quite a bit of construction in the neighborhood, but did not bother us too much. The home could use an upgrade in pots/pants, cooking items. Our shower didnt have much water pressure. Overall, would return!

Nacho the Bear

Had wonderful time with family ages 57 to 90. Nacho the bear visited our deck once and in front of the property twice. The house was wonderful and a great escape from home. 4 out of five stars. Had issue with refrigerator, they did have a second one on the property. Fountain on the pool stopped working after the pool guy came in to increase levels of chlorine. All the amenities you could ask for. Driving the route to the house Is not for the faint of heart, lol.

Family Trip

Cabin was beautiful and great space for all 11 of us! A indoor pool and theater room was a big hit! More details in kitchen supplies could be given! Like coffee pot does K-cups and pot of coffee as well.
