Aaron Branch Estate accommodates up to 34 guests on a sprawling 22-acre property. This spectacular mansion was fully renovated in 2023 and is just 15 minutes from downtown Sevierville, close to all major Parkway attractions, the Tanger Outlets, and 20-25 minutes from Dollywood and Gatlinburg.
IMPORTANT NOTE: JUNE, JULY HAVE A MIN 5 NIGHT STAY; OCTOBER A MIN 4 NIGHT STAY.

Events and weddings are allowed.

This beautiful mansion, with wrap-around porches, is perfect for family gatherings, sports team travel, weddings, or corporate events. Spanning 8,500 sq. ft. across four levels, it includes 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. An entertainer’s dream, the mansion features televisions throughout, a huge game room, movie theater, and a dedicated workspace. A brand new heated pool was added in Dec 2023, and there's parking for up to 25 cars.

The estate is ideal for large family events and weddings. Nestled within a beautiful canopy of trees, the deck, arch, and gazebo can host weddings with up to 110 guests.

Enjoy the estate's full outdoor kitchen, bonfire area, gazebo, hot tub, and expansive porches, all while offering the utmost privacy, just 15 minutes from downtown Sevierville. Once you arrive, you may never want to leave!

Access to the entire mansion. Available 24/7 via text. Staffing available in the area. The estate is in a residential area but offers privacy deep within the property.

Pool Information:
A brand new indoor heated pool was installed in December 2023. Pool usage is $450 for the stay and invoiced separately.

Event & Wedding Information:
Event fee for up to 65 guests: $2,100, includes 70 chairs, 8 tables, an arch, and use of the property for your event
Wedding fee for 66-110 guests and 10 tables: $2,825, licensed wedding coordinator familiar with the property required for over 65 guests

Max of 2 pets allowed, with an additional $565 cleaning fee due to the size of the house
The above fees are invoiced separately and due 60 days before check-in.

For events, we ask guests to obtain event insurance (which costs around $250). We’ll provide easy instructions on how to do this.
