Perfect getaway!

The cabin was wonderful, just as advertised! We could visit family nearby, go to Pigeon Forge, or just relax. Downstairs game room kept the boys very happy too .

Wonderful cabin with amazing views!

We stayed at Good Karma with our grown sons and their girlfriends and we all enjoyed our time there. Plenty of space for the 6 of us and the owners have truly thought about your every need. It has a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, was super clean and the views were awesome. We liked the privacy and would highly recommend.

Quick getaway

Good Karma was an absolutely amazing cabin! Wonderful views and secluded enough to make you feel all alone with nature. The owners truly thought of everything! Every time I would say I wish it had…. My husband would say oh it right there. Made me feel right at home! Cheryl was very responsive which I appreciate. It makes the whole process so much easier. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will definitely be back!

Clean, spacious, like brand new cabin perfectly located.

Cheryl's cabin is just wonderful. Everything was better than advertised and we loved staying there for a week. We do not have any pets and yet found that the place had no animal odors or even pet hairs to be found. The whole cabin is kept pristine.

Fantastic cabin!

We stayed at Good Karma over 4th of July and had a great time! There were 6 of us plus one small dog and there was plenty of space for everyone. The cabin was very cleaned and was stocked well with towels, kitchen utensils, etc! We will definitely stay again!

Quiet side cabin

As advertised! This is a great cabin on quiet road and on the quiet side of the Smokies. Well stocked kitchen for making a family dinner, nice variety of games for the kids and 2 comfortable decks for relaxing. Situated perfectly between Pigeon Forge and Townsend, made it easy to enjoy the Cades Cove entrance to the National Park or the neon lights of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Our next trip back we will be looking to stay here again. Thank you to Cheryl and Matt for prompt responses to our questions and helpful tips to enjoy the area.

The Perfect Escape

Just as described, this property is comfortable for the whole family and fur baby! It is the cleanest rental property we have seen so far. We did have a scare as we came back to the back door open. Nothing was out of place,etc. so I called Cheryl to see if maybe maintenance/cleaning had been there, she answered right away and looked on the cameras and verified that no one had been there. Other than that, we had the best time and would definitely book again!

Great Spring Break Vacation

We stayed the last week of March. The weather was just right for breezy hikes and outdoor activities. Close to the national park and Dollywood too. The house was pristine. The cleanest vacation rental I have ever been to. Really nice to have coffee and tea ready for visitors, maps and books about the area, and laundry pods for a couple of loads. Three full baths was a plus and a half bath, everyone had plenty of personal space. The outdoor fire place and hot tub was perfect. The two decks are enclosed so safe for small kids and dogs. The views from the house are beautiful. Would stay again!

Family Weekend

This property is stunning both indoor and outdoor! It is immaculately clean, and has anything you want. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and there are also a ton of games to play. It was perfect for us creating our own family weekend with our UT freshman son. He was very much missing our family dog so we were able to bring him along and I can’t say enough nice things about how accommodating this house is for dogs. Communication by owner is excellent!

Weekend Get Away

Good Karma Cabin was the perfect mountain get away. We met our daughter who goes to University of Tennessee for a long weekend. The cabin was perfect for all of us. It was very clean and the amenities were excellent. Cheryl does a great job making sure you have everything you would need. We enjoyed the views, the hot tub and the location. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely a perfect family get-a-way.

This beautiful home was a perfect fit for 6 adults and one Pup. Situated on the side of a mountain, spectacular views, peaceful, relaxing and fun. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms were comfortable, each couple had their own bathroom. Our adult children loved the game room, we watched home movies in the spacious but cozy living room and enjoyed family dinners in the quaint dining area. We didnt mind the cold February winds, the rocking chairs and swings on the porches were used every day and the hot tub was enjoyed every night. Cheryl and Matt are great hosts and until we purchase our own property in TN, we'll visit "Good Karma" every year!!

Mountain Getaway

What a great time! Carol our host was wonderful! We found ourselves in the middle of a winter storm while we were there and Carol checked on us constantly; She was so kind. The cabin was as advertised, clean, spacious, beautiful with awesome views of the mountains. We will definitely stay there again if we are ever again in the area. Good times!

Relaxing Retreat

One of the deciding factors why we chose this cabin was the outdoor living area and it did not disappoint. Well equipped with all the amenities that one could want. Great location to get away and relax with good access to the park and the Foothills Parkway. Host was very accomodating with excellent communication.
