Fireplace in the house is not functional just as decor, but we have outside fireplace and fountain with gas fire pit and also charcoal grill don’t forget to grab some charcoal if you like grilling !

Fall Break

It was great place. Very convenient to town but still felt like being in the mountains. We enjoyed the swim spa and that our older boys had there own space downstairs. Definitely great week from home and will book again next year!

Not as advertised

The property was poorly maintained. It was inadated with weeds 2-3 feet tall. The grass in the back looked like it hadn't been mowed in months. It was the only property not mowed. We were attacked by Wasps in the car port, the digital code for door never worked, the jet tub in the master bath did not work, the light in the master bath did not work, the light above the stove did not work, the remote control for the TV in the living room was missing, the gate and the fence were broke and dry rotted. There was no central AC. THE 3third floor where the master bedroom is never cooled down past 75 degrees and in the day was over 80 degrees. There where no curtains in the master bedroom to block out light so at 530 in the morning light was coming in. I have pictures of this and because of my experience, I will never use VRBO again.
