Great stay

The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having a hot tub, having a well stocked kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. We were so close to Gatlinburg which was nice in the evenings. Thanks for the great place to stay!

Close but peaceful

As advertised. Peaceful. Hot tub was great. Just a few minutes drive to downtown Gatlinburg. Spent all our days roaming around the Park and had a comfortable place to sleep and relax at night.

Great Cabin - Quick drive to Gatlinburg

We had a wonderful stay in this cute green cabin! Our kids immediately went for the hot tub and loved starting their day with the hot chocolate in the coffee bar. We loved the fully stocked coffee as well. The house was clean and well maintained. They provided a pack n play which was great since it was one less thing for us to pack. We loved the location, up on the mountain but a very quick trip downtown. We took the owners suggestion and parked several times for free on River Street!

Spring break get away

Fun trip with the family for spring break. The cabin was great. When they say to lock your cars and be mindful of bears, they mean it. One of our vehicles was opened up overnight by a curious bear, thankfully nothing was damaged. We'll definitely look for this cabin next time we come up.

Excellent

Great location.. Get to watch the tram from the uber mountain go by from the back porch... Nice fireplace every amenity that you can think of including labeling for the light switches which is very helpful... A pretty well stocked coffee cart... Tv's that actually work in every room video games upstairs for the kids if you have kids .. The place was clean very well kept... Did not smell musty or anything like that like coming into your own house... The host is wonderfully in touch with you throughout the process making you feel more comfortable about every step... They checked in on us a couple of times to make sure everything was going OK and you? Are. Liking which is something you don't always get... The best part you are literally five minutes from ober mountain.. We were parked and at the pancake pantry well within ten or fifteen minutes... And if you have had breakfast there that's really the only place in town to go eat... Plenty of towel. Of very good quality... The beds are comfortable.. The couches in furniture is very comfortable there's a nice big picnic style dining table which is perfect... I think our only complaint if there was one is that we did not get to see any black bear this trip... Literally just a few minutes away makes it nice when you're done for the day because you don't have long winding mountain roads to get to your chalet. Highly recommend don't hesitate to rent this place we will definitely rent this one again..

Perfect for a Family getaway

The cabin was very clean. It was in a great location and close to so many attractions. There was video games for the kids and beautiful decor. Great communication with the owner. We will stay again.

Great cabin

The cabin location is easy to get to and close to town yet secluded in the mountains. The cabin itself was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies (including coffee!). We have 3 kids and while it’s only a 2 bedroom cabin, there was enough space for the 3 kids to sleep separately and have their own space (the 2nd bedroom, the loft futon, the pull-out couch). We contacted the owners during our stay with a basic question and they were quick to answer. We would definitely stay again.

Mountain Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at the chalet! It was very well stocked with many items we used upon arrival! The coffee bar came in handy and was definitely a nice touch. The property is as advertised, the only stretch may be the parking - we were only able to fit 2 cars (2 SUVs) but other than that I would definitely recommend this chalet to friends! The beds were comfy and the location is awesome!

Enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg

The cabin was perfect for our family of 5 people. Everything was clean and well stocked with labels on the cabinets. We enjoyed the hot tub & the peaceful setting. Close to the town of Gatlinburg. Our boys enjoyed going to the gym at the Chalet Village Club. Overall a great stay! Thank you!

Location Location Location

Goal 1: See a bear: Check, 2x. Couches were comfy. Great tv. We loved the bed. Location is perfect. We’ve stayed further up ski mountain before and some of those roads can get a little iffy. But Hemlock is just off the main road, so super easy. The host’ were great for communication, answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub here and we sat on the deck most days, moving from front to back to change your view around. Thanks for having us.

Wonderful getaway

The cabin was fantastic and exactly as promised. My kids enjoyed having the entire upstairs to themselves. Everything was very welcoming and equipped perfectly. We definitely look forward to staying again.

Amazing getaway

We had an amazing time at Hemlock Haven. It was the perfect cabin for our family. It is so close to downtown Gatlinburg, yet tucked away in the mountains, which was a perfect mix. We saw two bears at the cabin and 4 others while driving or exploring. The pools were all great for the kids, and the hot tub was just what we needed after the long days of enjoying the national park. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Cabin was very clean, roomy, great location, and had thick bath towels and washcloths! Owners were very personable and answered my emails as soon as I sent them. I'd rate this cabin 10/10. Saw a few bears too!!

Amazing!

Loved the area. Loved the house. It was perfect size for a family of 8. Got to see some black bears. One even went in my truck. Quite the experience. No damage was done. Can’t wait to visit gatlinberg again and hopefully this house is available again when we do. Thanks for the hospitality! Five stars!

A home away

Our stay was wonderful! It was close to Gatlinburg and area attractions and easy to get to from main road ways. The whole place was clean and cute and had things we needed. Absolutely perfect!

Can’t say enough about this wonderful cabin! Beautiful inside and out. Extremely clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Loved the view and hot tub. The beds were so comfy. Easy to get to. We didn’t want to leave. Already booked another trip.
