Cozy Cabin Retreat Sleeps 12 w/ HotTub, Wi-Fi, FirePit minutes from Dollywood!!

The Cabin boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with an extra double sink area attached to the Master bathroom (also has a hallway entrance so those in the Master bedroom are not disturbed). 3 of the bedrooms have oversized closets. 2 bedrooms share a Jack-and Jill bathroom. Each bedroom is named with a theme to it:

BEAR NECESSITIES is a Master bedroom located upstairs with a King size bed, a TV, his & her sink area attached to a full size bathroom, and oversized walk-in closet (can fit a pack and play for a baby) and features a balcony off of it with seating to enjoy coffee in the morning while listening to the birds and wine at the end of the day.

THE NATIONAL PARK is the 2nd upstairs bedroom and has a Queen size bed, full size closet, TV, Jack-and-Jill bathroom (shared with The Aviary) and looks like you have walked into the forest.

THE AVIARY is the 3rd upstair bedroom, is filled with birds, boasts a hand made King size bed, TV, Jack-and-Jill bathroom (shared with The National Park) and has a full size walk-in closet.

THE STABLE is a downstairs bedroom that is perfect for horse lovers. It boasts a double size bunkbed which could easily sleep 2 couples or 4 children.

The living room has 2 full size couches (one of them can be converted into a full size bed) and a comfortable chair. Features a large, 55" TV and a beautiful fireplace. Great place to hang out and talk with your family and friends, play games, watch movies or enjoy a fire in the wood burning fireplace.

The Dining Room has a large table with 2 extra leaves to seat up to 8 people. 3 stools are in the kitchen where 3 more can sit.

The Hot Tub is easily accessible through the Dining Room doors; great for winter so you don't have to walk around in the cold. There are 3 hooks outside on the house by the hot tub to hang your towels. The Hot Tub seats 6-7 people. Please remember to put the cover back on after using it.

There is a full size carport to park cars and also a table, chairs and a gas grill. the 1.5 acre property is great for going hiking up the hill behind it, enjoy the fire pit at night (make sure to put out the fire at the end with the hose that is on the carport) and bring your outdoor games (corn hole, frisbees, football, soccer ball, etc.) to enjoy your vacation time outside.

The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator (an additional one is downstairs in the HUGE laundry room), stove, microwave and dishwasher. All of your plates bowls, cups, mugs and utensils are there along with a coffee pot, Keurig, spices, coffee, tea, sugar, sweet & low and other supplies.






The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed. Housekeeping is available on request.

We loved this adorable home, with themes for each room! Ana was very communicative and responded quickly. It was really nice being so close to town, yet still having our own somewhat secluded space. The house was lovely with several distinct spaces where kids could play. I would definitely recommend for families with children!

Excellent property with great location

We have stayed in several properties in PF. This one stands out because of the LACK of stairs. There are stairs because it is a split level home. But it was only five stairs to get to the bedrooms. Most of the homes in PF have two or three flights of stairs between living and bedrooms and outside. We made use of the hot tub, fire pit and kitchen. The check in process was quick and easy. The owner communicated quickly and with graciousness every time. I asked a couple of questions before and during our stay and never had an issue. The check out process and cleaning requests were nothing out of the ordinary, contrary to other reviews. The location of this property was another outstanding perk! We were minutes away from food and entertainment. Also, don't pass up the chance to eat at the pizza joint less than half of a mile from the driveway! Thank you for making our stay great!

Family Christmas in Tennessee

Overall we had a wonderful Christmas stay with all our kids and grandkids. The house fit us well, 6 adults and 4 kids. Communication with Ana was great. Check in was easy. We brought our own Christmas tree to decorate for the kids (and adults). The kitchen was a bit small for all the cooking we did but we made it work (and the slow cooker worked great). The location was great for Pigeon Forge and a little drive tp Gatlinburg.

Beautiful, Cozy Home!

A group of us were in town for a Bachelorette Weekend leading up to a wedding nearby and we LOVED this cabin/home. We had plenty of space to feel spread out, but enjoyed getting to stay with one another. Ana was super helpful and kind before, during, and after our stay. Instructions for getting in and out were clear either online or typed out in the home for easy access. Highly recommend!

Convenient Location

We really liked our stay during our family trip. The only downfall of the listing/stay is that the cleaning tasks are not disclosed on the listing. I wished I would have known prior to walking into the house. It put a damper on the start of our stay. The cleaning tasks are not unreasonable. I would have liked transparency with what the cleaning fee doesn’t cover. The location was great. It was nice having great parking options and no unsafe areas for the kids to be able to move more freely outside. The kids LOVED the toy closet. It was nice not to bring toys with us. There was a very strong plug in when we arrived but I unplugged it and the smell was gone before we went to bed. The kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook meals. Overall it wa a great stay.

This has been one of the best experiences from start to finish! We absolutely love this home and everything was so clean and decorated amazingly. Excellent location but needs some TLC

Excellent location for trips to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Smoky mountains. Bedrooms, lounge and bathrooms were decorated with a fun outdoor theme and were comfortable. Cable TV in the bedrooms and a lovely clean hot tub were bonuses. The kitchen cupboards and outside paintwork would benefit from an upgrade but were perfectly suitable for our needs.

Smoky Mountains Trip

It was a beautiful property but very close to a busy road. Ana was very prompt in responding to our questions and concerns. You could tell which parts of the home had been renovated. The floors were beautiful but the carpet was stained. Our family enjoyed our time there even though we couldn't use the sliding door to the hot tub since it was broken.

Much needed connection

The cabin was just what the doctor ordered, my family and I enjoyed ourselves. Only downside there was not enough cleaning supplies, we have to buy tissue and paper towels on our second day. The cleaning company was not aware of how long our stay was. We arrived Sunday night They came in on my son while he was sleeping on our third day there he let them know we was checking out on the 2nd. All in all it was nice and cozy. Thank you for allowing us to call your cabin home for a week

Spring Break

Stayed here for a Dollywood trip with my grandchildren and some extended family. The house is conveniently located close to all attractions. It is also right off a main road and there is quite a bit of traffic. The house does have a big back yard and plenty of room for yard games. The grill was rusted out and would not light-I drove to Wal Mart and bought a charcoal grill since our meal plans were to grill, the weather was terrific. There were no scary roads and easily found on GPS which was a plus with plenty of parking. The firepit was very nice-bring your own wood. Bedrooms all had their own TV which was nice. Overall good place to stay if you're going to be out most of your time-there is a lot to see and do and the cabin is convenient to all attractions. The owner was very prompt with my concerns. Check in was easy and the owner offered an early check in which we were unable to do because we were traveling from far. At checkout I was still loading up my grandchildren in the truck when the cleaning crew arrived at 11 on the dot asking me when I was leaving. I was not happy-rushed goodbyes to my aunt and mom as we all were heading in different directions.
