*Note* The beach in front of Cayman Reef has become very active over the last two years. The summer systems tend to shift the sand north and the winter systems shift the sand back south to us. So it is quite likely that there will not be sand on the beach during the months of July through October. The central section of Seven Mile Beach has the widest and most reliable stretch of beach but you will notice that reflected in the pricing of those complexes versus Cayman Reef.

This unit was nice and clean, well-equipped. Just steps away from walking on soft sands at the beach. The host was very responsive when we had questions. If we ever were to come back to Cayman and stay on seven-mile beach, we would 10/10 stay here again.

Fantastic location. The property is peaceful and very family friendly. There was plenty of beach end of March through early April 2026. Parking spots are very close and are assigned according to condo number.

Great condo in a spectacular location. Right on Seven Mile Beach within walking distance to so many restaurants, shopping and everything else the island has to offer. Swimming pool was nice and clean and the beach access was beautiful. We snorkeled and swam at the beach every day. The condo was clean and had everything needed for a relaxing week of island life. We will definitely be back.
