Private, one bedroom, ocean front condo. Step outside the patio door onto the famous Seven Mile Beach sand! Walking distance to Camana Bay, restaurants, and all the amenities of seven mile beach. Enjoy your private beach.

Apartment is ideal for a young family or 4 adults and 2 young children (one bedroom, sofa bed and a double air mattress) if you are wanting to spend all day on the beach. Being a small unit, sleeping arrangements are great for 4 and tight for 6 - but that makes it a far more cost effective apartment with a fantastic location.
Lots to do within easy walking distance. Seagull Condos provides beach chairs and loungers.

Camana Bay is another great hangout - just 5 minutes walk away. Lots of restaurants, lots of boutique shops. Cinema, ice cream parlours etc. Great for the young and the young at heart and for those who love to browse and chill the night away.

Supermarket/Liquor Store within Camana Bay, plus mini-marts at the local gas (petrol) station can provide your groceries. Liquor store just across the road as well as various other small street malls with all they have to offer.
Lots to do on island especially on and in the water. We can recommend beach accessible snorkel sites (coral and wreck), massage/spa services, bars, restaurants and more. We are on hand to help you have the best experience on island that we can.

The communication by VRBO messaging was very good. We had some issues with the TV and water heater that needed attention and Yuri arrived within 20 minutes and remedied the situation. The condo is exactly as depicted in the photos. It is bright inside and you have a 180 degree view of the grounds. To sit out on the patio and gaze at the water and beach was calming. The beach is twenty steps away but as you step off the patio you are on sand; essentially the beach. The condo was well stocked with all kitchen, laundry and bath items you would want in a VRBO. The location of the condo is within a 10 minute walk of Fosters grocery store (closed on Sunday) and Camana Bay shops. Also lots of places to walk to on West Bay Road. No car needed.

Highly recommend staying here! Steps to the beautiful ocean. Few minutes by foot to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store and liquor store. Very accommodating host. Well appointed unit with great kitchen supplies, ie dishes, pans, etc. very comfortable bed. Location location location!

Spacious and a great location!

We loved this location right on a quiet part of the Seven Mile beach area.Amenities were excellent and catered to every need we had for kitchen wares, spacious apartment, very clean, etc.Owner communication was easy as was the access to the property.We didn't require a vehicle as we could walk to restaurants, shops, and major grocery store in Camana Bay just 10 minutes away.Highly recommend!

2025 Grand Cayman Vacation

Our experience at Seagull condos on Seven mile beach was incredible. The close proximity of being in the water in seconds and the sounds of lapping waves speaks for itself. the location also provided many different options for dining along with Fosters hot bar. The people we met around the island and especially conversations with people on site will forever be cherished.

Beach Disappointment

First, Yuri was great! He was very responsive and accommodating! The apartment is comfy and well appointed. We experienced only two small aggravations: the shower has many wonderful jets and shower heads, but it took us all week to figure out how to get wam water. Also, it was great to have a safe but it malfunctioned twice. Most importantly, the beach there is dangerous! Due to erosion it’s littered with debris including chunks of concrete. We traveled by bus to a beautiful public beach, however.

We enjoyed our week long stay very much. The condo was perfect for my husband, myself, and our one year old. The beach access was unbeatable since we were traveling with an infant. As other reviews have mentioned - some minor upgrades are needed. My family enjoyed our vacation very much and overall have no complaints. Check in and out was super easy and accommodating. Communication was extremely prompt as well. Thanks for hosting us and we would stay again!

Great stay

The property is a great stay for two people. There is direct access to the beach and is on West Bay road with access up and down the Seven Mile Beach. There is access to multiple great restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk. If you are driving, there is better access to the supermarket that is a 10 minute walk. There is a warehouse store, Cost-U-Less, that is a 5 minute drive. The living space is comfortable and bright. There is snorkeling gear when we were there, beach towels and a small outside sitting area. Some minor improvements would make the property better for two and also a group of multiple visitors. Provide more dishes, utensils, etc for the kitchen. Other reviewers have suggested this and is easy to do. Install a small blind or a curtain over the window of the front door. The outside light is very bright for the safety of the property, but makes the hall very bright at night. A simple covering that can be retracted during the day would mitigate this issue. The neighbor uses cardboard, but a more pleasing alternative would be best. I would stay here again.
