This was our second time staying here and is the first place I've been in my life where I want to keep coming back. The staff is responsive and quick to address any question or needs. The ground is very well kept up and clean. It's so easy and quick to walk to the 7 mile beach. It's safe and quiet and nice to eat some meals at the condo. The condo is very nice and clean with lovely views of the canal or pool.

The condo was nice and clean. Our stay was wonderful. Sitting on the patio in the evening was awesome. Always had hot water, easy to maintain. Close to beach and lots of restaurants near. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible property. We didn’t realize how much we’d enjoy being on the canal. Watched the sunrise each morning. Hot tub amazing, super hot and pool was perfect as well. Suite was perfect. Modern, clean, well equipped. Loved it!

Excellent location! Apartment was clean with a nice view of the canal. Highly recommend. Lisa was wonderful and gave recommendations of things to do in the area. Location is a short walk to the beach. Beach chairs and towels were provided.

One canal point is safe gated community with awesome pool and barbecue area. The condos are very clean and well equipped for cooking. From the time you arrive you feel welcome Lisa greeted us with professionalism and care she is amazing.. Lisa is definitely an asset to one canal point brand. We will return next year.. thank you

very clean and spacious. amazing sunlight throughout the day. modern and has all the essentials. highly recommend this condo. pool and fitness facility were also very nice. only drawback is crossing the "highway" when walking over to the beach. we were all adults so it wasn't a problem but i wouldn't recommend it with young children.

Great, extra clean, resort-feel condo complex. Kid friendly pool set-up. The planning and communications prior to arrival were simply amazing and well above expectations and simply unheard of in this day and age (thank you Lisa and the team!). Nicely equipped kitchen with high end Bosch appliances and Nespresso coffee machine. It was also nice to have a few basics like paper towels, dish soap, cleaning products and salt & pepper. Missing are a couple chef knives and a better quality non-stick frying pan set (ceramic). Not sure all condos come with everything ours did but we had a large beach umbrella, quality beach towels and even an umbrella for our rainy week! Well positionned within a 10 minute walk to the beach. Overall, very good value especially when compared to other offers so close to Seven Mile Beach. We will be going back for sure!
