Yo confié en Hoteles.com y todo fue una ESTAFA. Cuando llegue al lugar a hacer el Check In, la casa ya estaba con otras personas y me dijeron que Uds. nunca hicieron ninguna reserva, lo peor es que los llame y me dieron un numero de reclamo, me dijeron que me devolverían la llamada y nunca lo hicieron. Uds. saben lo que es llegar a un lugar con 19 personas y no tener donde dormir, ni hospedarse, no solo me malograron mis vacaciones y la de toda mi familia, si no que tuvimos que dormir en cualquier lugar. La isla estaba llena y no habia hospedaje disponible en ningún hotel, nunca me imagine que Uds. fueran esta clase de empresa, es lamentable que existan empresas como Uds. que engañan al publico, que infelizmente confío en Uds.
