Lobby was beautiful but property overall needed work.

Property was not chaotic like 7 mile beach. Always plenty of lounge chairs. Didn’t have people saving them at 6:00 am. Staff was courtiuos and very friendly.

The hotel is not really located on the seven mile beach, although it is within walking distance. The hotel does have it's little own man made lagoon area which was nice, but there were alot of rocks and the water was not as clean and nice. There were 2 jacuzzis but only one was turned on and allowed for use, making it a very cramped experience. Availability to the watersports equipment is quite limited, there was only one paddleboard and 2 kayaks available on the property. There were bicycles available for use to tour the island which was a nice amenity. For the most part, the hotel staff was very friendly, with the exception of one bartender who gave us an attitude when we asked her for assistance to open a wine bottle we had bought from their restaurant.

I will never stay here again. The hotel is in need of a huge renovation for $515.00 a night. The rails are falling apart and are not secure. You can see he rails are insecure at the base. It was just awful!!

I have to say the best part about our vacation was having the paddleboard kayak and snorkel gear at your fingertips whenever you wanted them. Although you are nestled in a cove on 7 mile beach it is a short distance we are walking through rocks and reef or via paddle and kayaking . The hotel staff are amazing they are super polite and friendly. my only negative is the chickens running around sometimes leave little gifts for you. It was interesting to see wild chickens everywhere .

Nice location, good price. If you like long walks on the beach, stay a little further west on seven mile beach.

Its actually a very good deal for the price (considering other hotels are so much more expensive). The room is nice and obviously recently upgraded but the rest of the hotel does need some TLC. I do recomend it though.

We just checked out on Sunday, they did remodel the hotel which was nice but in our room one of the tiles wasn’t lined up correctly and when I was walking cut my foot pretty bad on it. As I went to the front desk about the matter they said we will put a rug over it and gave me cream. They never put the rug over it so clearly they didn’t care about me getting hurt on the floor being messed up! Another thing is the beds sooo uncomfortable and the room never stays cool..the ac works it’s just the stripping around the door has none so all the air goes out, it was so uncomfortable we almost wanted to just check out and go somewhere else! Another thing that was mind blowing to us was that the hotel was maybe at 20-30 percent capacity and they stuck us on the side with construction going on?! Like why would you do that when you have plenty of other rooms...we heard it almost everyday! I think it was 3 or 4 times during our stay last week we didn’t have running water in our room! When I called the front desk they said they didn’t know when it would be back on. All these matters id say we wouldn’t go back! The only thing going for this hotel is the beach being blocked off by rocks so it’s calmer then other areas and them being near coconut joes which had great pancakes haha

It was a nice place to stay but u have to be careful what u ask for. I asked for a double in one of my drinks and they charged me double price. And when it’s double priced that means instead of a 9$ drink in CI money it’s more like a 13$ drink in US currency including the 15% gratuity that’s added to every bill. After complaining and explaining that had I known it would b twice as much I’d a just asked for two drinks instead of one and begrudgingly paid the bill, they made it right by giving me a free drink. Not really a complaint but just a warning. B careful what u order and be aware of the fact that all menu items are in CI currency so if you’re paying with US currency u can add quite a bit to it. It may even b better to goto the international bank downtown and trade in your American currency for CI money.

Newly renovated hotel. Comfortable beds. Extra pillow and blanket promptly delivered upon request. Welcome drink brought to me at the check in counter. Amazing service. Nice pools.

Location was ok was led to believe we were on 7 mile beach and the hotel was newer. When it was in the process of remodeling.

Good family location - close to beach & pools are nice

Room was brand new. Spacious, clean & nicely decorated. Lobby was open & airy. Band plays wed & fri nights. Swim up bar had good food & drinks. Yara serves excellent breakfast. Beach was quiet with a nice cove for swimming and snorkeling.

Thank you for your recent stay and kind review. We are glad to hear you had a good time and the Team took care of you. The chickens and roosters are a nuisance, and do apologize for their presence/presents. Kevin Sassano
