My stay at Hotel Indigo was nothing less than amazing! The staff was very attentive and accommodating, the premises are beautiful and well maintained although it’s not beach front the walk to the beach is short. Rebecca gave me a complimentary room upgrade for my birthday which was truly appreciated. There are several restaurants and cafes within walking distance from the hotel, I walked to a couple and felt very safe.

Unforgettable Stay – Exceptional Service and Beautiful Beach! We had the best stay at Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman! From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and their attention to detail really stood out. A special shoutout to Paul, our valet, who truly made our stay extra special. He was incredibly kind, always greeted us with a smile, and gave the best local recommendations. He even made the golf cart rides to the beach a highlight of our trip! The food was absolutely amazing, and the service across the board was top-notch. The beach nearby is hands-down one of the most beautiful on the island. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Grand Cayman!

It was a beautiful property. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The property layout was very convenient. Loved the views. The pastries were outstanding. Only concern was low water pressure when showering.

We were absolutely blown away by our stay at Hotel Indigo. The property itself is stunning, beautifully designed, spotless, and full of vibrant energy, plus it is perfectly located just steps from the beach. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the on-site restaurants exceeded our expectations with both quality and variety. The rooftop bar was a highlight with incredible drinks, live DJs, and a lively Friday night crowd that made for an unforgettable evening. What truly set our experience apart was the staff. Every team member we encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Special shout out to Big Mac for going above and beyond. It is clear the staff takes pride in ensuring guests feel completely comfortable and cared for. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending Hotel Indigo to all our friends. Beautiful property, attention to detail. Our stay was very lovely, it was me and my mom’s birthday and we had a lovely time. They surprised us with a bottle of wine and cake. The room and property are just so pretty. The beach is beautiful. Great service. We were worried that the hotels not on the beach but actually they have golf carts to the area on the beach that they have umbrellas on. And they have a full service beach with towels, drinks, and food. We felt pampered. Oh! And you don’t even have to bring sunscreen. They bring it to you when you arrive to the beach/pool.
