The hotel was great and so was the staff. It would have been perfect if it was not for something that was outside of their control that nonetheless affected our stay. The problem was the stench that could not only be smelled everywhere outside, including the beach, but also the tap water in the hotel smelled by it. It was not clear to us what the source of this stench was, but it felt like some sewage treatment facility was not working properly. This was very unfortunate and all hotels on the Seven Mile Beach must have been affected by this without a doubt.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The ocean view was beautiful and the room on the fifth floor was quiet. (I requested a quiet room) The bed was comfortable. The food at all of the restaurants was delicious and excellent. Include the breakfast in your package as the breakfast buffet is excellent. The employees were friendly and worked hard. The pool was beautiful. The hotel had a very nice clientele of all ages. We were impressed that young children were well behaved. I didn't care for being so close to others on the Bonny Moon Beach but that's the way it is on some of the beaches there. I also didn't care for the Wolf Gang Puck coffee bag for coffee in the room. But I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again or recommend this hotel. I enjoyed it!
