This is a beautifully and appropriately decorated and outfitted corner condo on the ocean. The balcony overlooks the pool and the ocean on two sides - it is at least 2/3 in the shade with a breeze all day which was perfect! The condo was even better in person! Could not be any closer to the water with $1,000,000 views. Condo was clean and had everything and more than we needed for our week long stay wonderful. Property manager greeted us to make sure we were settled, answer any questions, and ensure we knew how to contact her if needed. The property itself was also very well maintained. Great location with amazing snorkeling right off the shore (could also walk or snorkel down to the wreck of the gamma but definitely need water shoes if walking), close to restaurants and grocery store. Would highly recommended!

The condo is very well decorated, clean and overlooks the beach and swimming pool. It is in a really good location on Seven Mile Beach with great snorkeling right off the condo’s beach. The on island property manager who helped us, Ildi, met us at the condo when we arrived from the airport. She spent time explaining details about the condo and restaurants and activities. She was very helpful! We had a wonderful vacation and would want to stay at the same condo again.

30th Anniversary

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was just as described. The property manager was so nice and gave us great recommendations for dinner and activities. The beach on the property is very rocky and foot protection is a must. There are better beaches a very short drive away. Governors beach is a must see. Star Point was not worth the trip, but near Rum Point which was a great place to spend the day. We will definitely be back to this location!

Wonderful stay!

This was the perfect place for a great getaway with friends! The location is excellent - near shopping and dining and a perfect view of the sunset. The condo is clean and had plenty of space for us. It was fun to see the big cruise ships pass by and anchor while we relaxed at the pool or on our shaded balcony. The gentle waves sent us to sleep each night and we snorkeled out front or nearby every day. The property manager was prompt, pleasant, and happy to share tips and places to see on the island. It's a perfect location for relaxation because it was quiet and comfortable. The beach and pool were never crowded and many times empty which is a rare find these days! Some folks from cruise ships would wander by headed to walk down 7-mile beach but not many as it is quite a walk from the port. There is construction next door of a 12-story building so that could bother some, but we were mostly out and about during the day so it wasn't a big deal for us. The view and the location made it all worth it.

We keep coming back!

I’ve been coming to this property since the 80’s! It’s sentimental but also so perfect. I understand why my parents at the time brought us to this beautiful property on Grand Cayman and now I bring my family! It’s close to everything so we don’t rent a car. We walk or take a cab if we need to. Not crowded because the property is laid out for great views from everywhere. It’s the perfect place for 4 or 6 people. Clean, quiet and serene and well managed.
