Condo #07 has been recently refreshed this unit features 2 bedrooms both with King size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The living area boasts 65 inch Smart TV and each bedroom has its own flat screen tv. All tvs have an upgraded tv package.

The Kitchen is fully equipped including a Keurig and dishwasher. There is a full size washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Of course there is central air and ceiling fans both in the unit and on the balcony for your comfort. There is free wi fi with enhanced speed.

Enjoy your morning coffee, lunch or a sunset drink on the huge balcony with extra wide sliders from both the living area and bedroom all the better to enjoy the sight and sound of the sea.

Yes.The two ladies who run the place, Angela and Monica (I believe) are friendly and informative. They helped us get around the island and had many recommendations. And the price was reasonable... for Grand Cayman.The unit itself was nice; not overdone but a typically nice, newish beachy finishout with comfortable beds. And everything works: the fridge, washer/dryer, AC, TVs, coffee pot, etc.The beach is, of course, spectacular. We had a second floor unit and never got tired of just staring out at that clear, blue water from the balcony. There are nice, big shady pines out there to help keep from getting too much sun. Water, sand: beautiful. And no "set ups" to offend the eye. This complex has only a (relative) few number of guests, so the beach in front of the Islands Club was never crowded, unlike other places along 7-Mile.
