The Space:
This inviting two-bedroom villa is designed for relaxation and comfort. The primary bedroom on the main level features a plush king-size bed, ample closet space, and a charming walk-out balcony with seating to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Upstairs, the loft bedroom is cozy with a full-size bed and overlooks the stylish living area below.

The open-concept living room is tastefully decorated, providing a tranquil space to unwind. Whether you're binge-watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with access to streaming services or enjoying a quiet evening in, you’ll feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up homemade meals or create your favorite tropical cocktails.

Guest Access:
Enjoy the beachfront swimming pool with plenty of loungers on the sundeck, ideal for soaking up the warm Caribbean sun. For those grill masters, there’s a BBQ area on-site, and the complex also provides coin-operated laundry facilities. We’ve included two portable beach chairs for guest use, making your beach days even more effortless. Traveling with little ones? There’s a pack-n-play crib available for children under 3. Guests have access to free parking in a lot next to the complex.

The Neighborhood:
Discover the vibrant energy of Seven Mile Beach, right at your doorstep! This apartment is ideally situated near a diverse selection of shops, restaurants, and bars along West Bay Road. A leisurely walk along the scenic path leads you to Camana Bay, a hub of activity featuring boutiques shops, a bookstore, delightful ice cream parlors, a cinema, and a variety of exceptional restaurants perfect for al fresco dining. You'll also find a large grocery store conveniently close by, ensuring all your needs are easily met.

Getting Around:
Local buses will stop anywhere flagged down at the side of the road in front of the complex. Most trips are $2 per person anywhere along West Bay Road. Taxis are also available for specific destinations, however fares can be a bit pricier. Car rentals are one of the easiest and most convenient ways to get around and explore all the sites and beauty of Grand Cayman. Car rental companies are available upon arrival at the airport, but we recommend reserving in advance. Remember, driving is on the left hand side! No two places are further than an hour’s drive apart, making exploring simple! If you've booked any excursions, most of the tour operators provide free pick up and drop off services.

Other Things to Note:
**NOTICE: The swimming pool and deck will be closed for maintenance from Monday, August 4th until potentially Saturday, September 20, 2025.
Beach access will remain available for swimming.**

Please note that although there has been some beach erosion in the area with the passing of last season's hurricanes, there is still beach in front of the property accessible for lounging and swimming. You'll also find more beachfront just a short stroll north along the main road, giving you the opportunity to explore and experience the area.
