Patio with garden furniture (shared with owner). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Set in the small village of Giggleswick, within walking distance of the centre of Settle, Holly Bank Cottage offers comfortable, well-appointed and carefully co-ordinated accommodation. Settle is a bustling market town on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and has a large selection of individual shops, pubs and restaurants, together with a railway covering the famous Settle-Carlisle line, passing over the majestic Ribblehead Viaduct. Giggleswick is an ideal location for walking, touring or cycling in the surrounding dramatic scenery. For those wishing to go further afield the Lake District and the Trough of Bowland make for alternative days out. Shop and pub 200 yards, restaurant ½ mile.

We loved everything about this cottage.

We loved everything about this cottage. It was in excellent condition, done out to a high spec and v comfortable. Whilst it is ‘cosy’ it is possibly the only time that we’ve stayed somewhere that the actual space is bigger than the photos suggest! The outside area was private and got the sun all day. The surrounding area is great for walking and Settle is a good base and less than 10 mins walk away. Very friendly hosts who were v happy to offer advice on options locally.
