Qualidade ruim da imagem e som. *Acabamentos: no banheiro tinha muita massa ou rejunte no suporte de papel higiênico, estava solto o suporte também. Nos corredores também há muitos respingos de cimento e produtos da construção. *Travesseiro: desgastados. Baixo demais. *Ar-condicionado: demora esfriar o quarto. Às vezes faz barulho de peça solta por dentro. *Janelas do quarto: não travam. Quem estiver com criança corre muito risco. As janelas estavam ficando abertas. Trava quebrada. * Tomadas na mesa de trabalho: somente uma embaixo. Se precisar utilizar o notebook ou carregador de celular, temos que tirar o abajur da tomada. * Cortina: pequena. Ao clarear do dia entra a luz do sol nas extremidades deixando o quarto muito claro.
