Nous avions loué cette propriété pour le réveillon entre amis (plusieurs couples avec nos enfants tous en bas âge), nous avions réservé jusqu’au 2 janvier mais la veille de notre arrivée on nous contact pour nous dire qu’ils avait fait une erreur et que nous devions libérer la maison le 1er janvier . Nous avions réservé depuis le mois d’octobre et ils se sont rendu compte la veille qu’il y avait un double booking!!!!La seule compensation que nous avons eu (après demande de notre part) c’était frais de ménage offert et la possibilité de quitter le logement a 12h au lieu de 11h.Nous avons passé la journée à trouver un autre logement disponible et assez grand pour tous nous accueillir pour notre dernière nuit et nous avons dû déménager le 1er janvier avec 4 enfants …super !!En plus de ça nous avons été déçus par la maison : jardin pas entretenu, cuisine mal équipée, cafetière cassée, propreté moyenne,

Annonce ne correspondant pas à la maison

Séjour s'étant compliqué de contrariétés puisque l'annonce disait villa avec piscine, avant réservation nous avions appris que c'était un spa et non une piscine, à aucun moment précisé que ce spa était gonflable. A notre arrivée, nous avons du aller récupérer les draps ailleurs car nous arrivions "tard" (20h30), pour découvrir que les anciens draps et serviettes étaient restés en bas et les chaises encore sur les tables, le ménage à peine fini. Et pas de spa.. Nous avons été informés après notre réclamation qu'il avait été enlevé avant notre arrivée, nous n'avions pas été prévenus. Aucun geste de compensation n'a pu être fait finalement. Le reste de la maison est confortable et le jardin est très beau, dommage que nous n'ayons pu résoudre ce point.

Sejour magnifique

Reunion de famille à 14, l'accueil et l'installation très faciles. Tout le monde a été ravi, et le ping pong a largement compensé l'absence de piscine ! l'endroit est idéal, le jardin un peu sauvage a grand charme. Les chambres confortables. Un peu juste en salles de douche quand on est si nombreux. La propriétaire très aimable et facilitateur... tout le monde a apprécié.
