Très bien pour passer quelques jours, très calme. Pensez a vérifier la vaisselle car il manque des objets, elle celle ci n'est pas toujours propre, laissé par des locataires peu scrupuleux. Petit village a coté avec épicerie &é restaurant. Bien Placé

Traumhafte Unterkunft nahe Florenz

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mitten in der Natur aber dennoch nahe Florenz (Anbindung per Bus). Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, alles war perfekt! Sehr schöner Pool mit traumhaftem Blick auf Florenz. Das Appartement hatte alles was man sich wünscht und war sehr schön eingerichtet. Absolut empfehlenswert, alles hat super geklappt! Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen!

"I Cipressi" hell und sonnig. ...

"I Cipressi" hell und sonnig. Ausstattung völlig ausreichend, Freisitz sonnig. Am Pool sauber und zu dieser Zeit sehr leer. Grillplatz schön und alles vorhanden. War auch mit kleinem Kind ein sehr angenehmer Ort. Einziger Nachteil: rauchende Nachbarn - Terrasse Nebenwohnung grenzt direkt an. Reisetipps: Pratolino maximal 8 Autominuten, alles vorhanden, Supermarkt, Bank, Eisdiele, Restaurants, Café, Fruttena, Zeitschriftenladen. Bus ab Trespiano Cimitero (kostenloses Parken) ca. 12 Min bis Piazza di San Marco (5 Gehminuten zum Dom). Mit Kind war das Restaurant Le Terrazze (Montorsoli) höchst angenehm, sehr lecker und nett.

Im Oktober bei 6–8 Grad gab es...

Im Oktober bei 6–8 Grad gab es keine Decke (nur 1 dünnes Bettlaken)zum zudecken für unsere 7 jährige Tochter. Eine Daunendecke ohne Bettbezug für uns Erwachsene war zwar vorhanden aber nicht für unser Kind. Bei der Buchung hatten wir 3 Personen angegeben. Nach mehreren Telefonaten mit interchalet wurde dann ein weiteres dünnes Bettlaken bereitgestellt, welches vielleicht bei 35 Grad im Sommer ausreichend ist. Wir haben unser Kind mit 2 Fleecedecken zudecken müssen, die wir für die Nachtfahrt mitgebracht hatten. Die Ausziehcouch auf der unser Kind schlafen sollte, war ebenfalls eine Zumutung (Sperrmülltauglich und eine 3cm dicke Matratze). Für einen Erwachsenen während eines mehrwöchigen Urlaubes undenkbar. Der Müll muss in einem benachbarten Ort entsorgtwerden, man fährt hier seine Fischgräten und den Kaffeesatz mehrere Kilometer spazieren. Es gibt hier mehrere Katzen und Hund, welche bei offener/angelehnter Türe sofort in der Wohnung waren. Unsere Tochter hat dies sehr genossen, wer jedoch keine Katzenmag, hat hier bestimmt ein Problem. Internet nur am Pool, also bei Regen und Kälte sollte man Jacke und Regenschirm nicht vergessen wenn man mal online gehen möchte. Reisetipps: Nach Florenz Stadt bietet sich eine hervorragende Busverbindung von Montorsoli, Pratolino, bzw. Trespiano an. Fahrkarten kann man in den Tabakläden in z.B. Trespiano kaufen. Das KFZ kann man 50m oberhalb des cimitero in Trespiano abstellen, die Tagesgebühr ist 1EUR. Ein Cappucino kostet in einer Bar in Pratolino zwischen 0,80–1,20EUR, während man in Fiesole 3,60EUR bezahlt. Eine Flasche Bier, ebenfalls in Fiesole mit Blick auf Florenz, kostet unglaubliche 6,20EUR. Alles rundherum um Florenz ist gut zu erreichen. San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa, etc ist in maximal 1,5 Autostunden erreicht. Es gibt mehrere Outlets in u.a. Lucca und eines ist ca. 20 Fahrminuten vom Wohnort entfernt in Barberino di Mugello. Wir würden generell empfehlen etwas außerhalb zu essen und zu trinken. Dieses war das fünfte Mal in Florenz und wir waren schockiert über die Preise die hier verlangt werden. 2 Kugeln Eis im Becher und 2 Kugeln in der Waffel sollten hier 13EUR kosten. Also etwas Geduld mitbringen und vorher fragen, dann ist man wohl auf der sicheren Seite.

Während unseres Aufenthaltes w...

Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden der Weg neu planiert, der Bereich vor den Häusern neu gestaltet, die Grünanlangen professionell gepflegt. Die englischsprachigen Gastgeber sind äußerst achtsam und hilfsbereit, das sehr gut ausgestattete Quartier und seine ruhige Umgebung nach der Hektik in Florenz einfach traumhaft. Als I–Tüpfelchen sollte im Duschablauf ein Stöpsel wegen gelegentlicher Geruchsbelästigung angebracht werden. Reisetipps: Der COOP–Laden in Pratolino (nach der Ausfahrt links 2 km) bietet die notwendigsten Gebrauchsgüter, das Restaurant daneben eine ausgezeichnete Küche zu angemessenen Preisen. Die ganze Genußwelt der Toscana gibt´s im gigantischen COOP in der Via Erbosa 66b in Florenz. Von Montorsoli gibt´s zwar auch eine regelmässigeBusverbindung nach San Marco in Florenz, jedoch keine Parkplätze. In Pian di S. Bartolo (2 km re) gibtś kostenlose Parkplätze, Tickets in der Bar und Busverbindung im 20 Min.–Takt.

Schöne ruhige Lage in gemütlichem Ambiente

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage in den Bergen oberhalb von Florenz. Einziger Wermutstropfen war das nicht sehr bequeme dafür jedoch große Doppelbett.
