Le Mont Farm Petit is a ground floor apartment in a beautifully renovated farmhouse on the hillside above the village of Servoz on the opposite side of the valley to Les Houches. This is a wonderful apartment with a luxurious finish. A beautiful sunny spot, away from the hustle and bustle; a calm retreat all year round affording wonderful views of Mont Blanc and the valley.



This apartment is perfect for two couples or small family. It has a spacious well-equipped kitchen perfect for foodies who love to cook. 2 bedrooms, one of which can be a double bed with either a double duvet or 2 single duvets or just a single bed, and a bathroom with washing machine.



Situated down the valley from Chamonix, it is a 20-minute drive to the centre of Chamonix, 12 minutes to Les Houches. It is 20 minutes to the family friendly ski areas of Saint Gervais and Megeve.



Servoz is the first village you approach as you leave the Route Blanche A40. There is a small supermarket and butchers plus patisserie in Servoz village. There is also a bistro/petite restauration "La Table du Lieutenant" open most of the year 2 minutes’ walk from the farmhouse.
