In a recent villa, 100 meters from the sea and in the heart of the village of Porto-Pollo, we offer the rental of a ground floor villa with private garden. New luxury apartment with large wooden terrace, fully air-conditioned and equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, integrated oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, wifi, TV, Nespresso coffee machine, iron and ironing board, dryer -hair).
The 75 m2 apartment, independent of the villa, consists of a living room-kitchen, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and two WCs (one of which is independent).
The bay windows of the living room give direct access to a private wooden terrace (60M2) with a table, chairs, a garden furniture, parasol and barbecue with a small sea view. Swimming pool shared with the owners (access until 7 p.m.).
Located 100 m from Porto Pollo beach and its nautical activities, 450 m from the port (boat rental, jet ski), close to all shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco bar, laundromat, pharmacy, restaurants), and many sporting activities (diving school, bike-mountain bike-scooter rental, horse riding) and leisure activities (hiking trails, Tanchiccia lake: ride on stilts)

Super séjour à Porto Pollo
Logement situé dans une villa magnifique, avec une merveilleuse piscine, un très beau jardin paysager, tout près de la plage de Porto Pollo.Porto Pollo est un endroit charmant et animé, lieu de départ de très belles balades.Merveilleuses vacances dans un hébergement que nous allons recommander partout où nous pourrons !! Logement très propre, très bien équipé.Tout était parfait, y compris l'accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires !

Komfortable moderne Unterkunft
Man lebt dort fernab von Verkehrslärm, ziemlich abgeschirmt inmitten von Gärten. Der Swimmingpool war weitgehend für uns zum Allein-Gebrauch verfügbar. Lediglich der Ausblick auf den Golf von Valinco ist sehr stark reduziert.
